We have a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to join our amazing team! You'll be working with a wide range of clients in the financial, automotive, and travel industries.
Your role will involve exploring exciting new ideas and techniques within these sectors. We're looking for someone with proven experience in Market Research within a commercial setting.
As an experienced researcher, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in research and sector knowledge. You will also be able to utilise our industry-leading toolkit of research methodologies, tools, techniques, and proprietary thinking to help deliver better human understanding for our clients.
You'll dive deep into our clients' strategic challenges, transforming findings into impactful insights and building strong client relationships. There's plenty of variety in our projects, with many combining qualitative and quantitative approaches.
As part of your role, you'll manage quantitative projects using innovative and engaging tools to really go the extra mile for our clients. You'll also collaborate closely with our dedicated Qualitative team to deliver seamless work for our clients. If you have experience in qualitative research, that's definitely a bonus!

Specifically, in the role of the Associate Director, you will:
- Plan and manage medium and large-scale research projects efficiently and creatively
- Take a leading role in one of our biggest clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and optimising opportunities for broadening the scope of the relationship
- Work across a variety of clients, with opportunities to use a mix of methodologies
- Produce winning project proposals by thinking beyond the obvious
- Create engaging presentations, write commercially based conclusions and recommendations and present the findings
- Work collaboratively, demonstrating an inclusive and professional approach to working with colleagues, clients and suppliers at all stages of a project
- Supervise and develop the work of junior researchers through regular feedback, and where appropriate line manage and conduct appraisals
- Learn about the role of neuroscience within research and behavioural science and receive support in applying these techniques.
Requirements
Ideally, we would love it if you have:
- Solid experience of a similar Associate Director role (agency or client-side) working on quantitative projects of different scales. We would welcome hearing from those with some qualitative experience too.
- In-depth understanding and experience of different research techniques, and a desire to explore new ideas and techniques.
- A curiosity in how financial services/travel/automotive can best understand their customers.
- Excellent project management skills and able to work to deadlines, with great attention to detail, including planning, controlling costs and overseeing preparation of presentation material
- Sound research skills and proven experience in designing and delivering complex projects demonstrating expertise in a range of quantitative methodologies
- Strong verbal and written communication, plus solid numerical and analytical skills.
- A creative spark and a real desire to make our findings tell a story.

In this senior role, you will lead the strategic direction and growth of services within our CPR market unit across the UK. Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Eco / enironmental / renewables sector. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to control all marketing and lead generation for their B2C division.
The ideal candidate will be a true marketing visionary with experience of multi-channel marketing, including digital, retail, lead generation and brand strategy. You need to have worked in a business with "big ticket" sales vaue as this is a high-value single sale environment. Customers will buy once and will not need to come back and buy again.
Due to their rapid growth and future plans it is essential that the new Marketing Director has the ability to work and pace and react to changes in this emerging market. No idea is a bad idea.
If you have experience of working in a B2C business that has explored the option of pop up stores in retail environments this would be a definite advantage as they explore this route to market.
In addition, the successful candidate will:
- Oversee the development and roll-out of an interactive selling platform li>Develop branded marketing campaigns
- Work alongside the call centre and Dialler Manager to ensure a cohesive strategy in customer conversion.
- Be a sig ificant part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Ideally you will have experience in a business selling high value in-home solutions including kicthens, fitted furniture, windows, conservatories, insulation, premium flooring or similar.

A fantastic opportunity to join this beautiful hospitality complex comprising of a hotel, self-catering accommodation, renowned spa and restaurant on the stunning Cornish coastline. This newly created role will be responsible for leading the marketing team of 4 and owning all aspects of the marketing strategy.
Marketing Director Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a team of 4 with oversight of the entire marketing mix.
- Ownership of the marketing budget and ensuring ROI opportunities are maximised.
- Overseeing and managing third party agencies including PR and Digital / PPC, continually monitoring their performance and
- Reviewing team structure and functional effectiveness, driving continuous improvements and delivering change where necessary.
- Define brand identity and drive consistently internally throughout the resort and externally with any campaigns and communications.
Marketing Director Skills Required
- A solid track record working at a Marketing Director or Head of Marketing level, preferably in the hospitality/leisure sector but similar B2C sectors such as travel and retail will also be considered.
- Experience leading on brand projects.
- Experience of creating and delivery the marketing strategy, owning budgets and managing third party agencies.

- A basic salary in the region of 60,000 - 65,000 per annum
- Performance related annual bonus
