About the role

As Global Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager for Colour, you will help fuel the next quantum shift for Charlotte Tilbury towards the most loved, and #1 for £s & growth in the world. By shaping and delivering the campaigns for Colour on our iconic franchises, from Pillow Talk, to Unreal, to Exagerr-eyes… based on sharp customer, product and market insights & leveraging any relevant opportunity, you’ll contribute to propagating the brand’s purpose - “Give anyone the right makeup and beauty and they can conquer the world!” and fulfilling its promise - “Easy to CHOOSE. Easy to USE. Easy to GIFT. Making it EASY for EVERYONE to be the most confident and beautiful version of themselves.”

You will embrace the challenge and compose record breaking, integrated omnichannel Marketing Campaigns (global product launch and evergreen as well as supporting specific markets) that shake it up, to build market leading, iconic campaigns & star launches, with a creative spirit and meticulous orchestration. You will innately think digital first and power the shift to online, but always integrate across all channels.

You will be best partners with each specialist CMO function (Creative Agency, Copy, Visual Merchandising, Social, Digital, PR, E-Commerce and Content teams), the Product Development team, the CDO teams that drive Charlottetilbury.com and Tech, as well as the regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and of course finance, supply chain, legal and people.

As an ingenious integrator, you will mobilise and inspire your stakeholders across the business to deliver “only Charlotte Tilbury could do that” results, with a win together style. You will be an inspiring manager, coaching, training and supporting your direct report into realising their full potential, while contributing to a wider team of “brilliant, beaming believers” that share the magic internally and externally.

As a Global Consumer Engagement Marketing Manager (Colour) you will

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Product Development team and in house Creative Team to craft the campaign concepts for all Colour campaigns based on consumer, competitor and market insights to identify marketing/communication opportunities for Charlotte Tilbury
  • Own end to end global Colour campaigns from concept through to campaign delivery and measurement / review, partnering with 360 global teams (Creative Agency, Copy, Visual Merchandising, Social, Digital, PR, E-Commerce and Content teams) to deliver cohesively across all touchpoints and all regions, on time and in budget, adhering to the Critical Path Analysis and allowing for iteration towards the exceptional.
  • Collaborate with Regions (US, EMEA, APAC) and the charlottetilbury.com team to ensure activities are integrated across channels, touchpoints and paid / owned / earned, with a consistent messaging / projection, whilst solving for local relevance by dialling up relevant elements. 
  • Lead and oversee the development of respective campaigns, ensuring they have a consistent global brand tone of voice but optimised for local markets.
  • Partner with Visual Merchandising, PR, Social, Digital, E-Commerce and Content Teams to ensure the cohesion of campaign messages and visuals for all origination projects.
  • Craft clear marketing toolkits exciting the business on the new launch/campaign providing them with a complete kit to flawlessly execute the innovation and campaign in a timely fashion and in line with global positioning.

About you

  • Extensive and proven experience of product marketing role, supported by strong campaign development and/or NPD experience, ideally within beauty / luxury / fashion industry.
  • Resilient, tenacious, confident self-starter who can flourish in an entrepreneurial/start up environment and hit the ground running.
  • Insight driven decision making – balancing art with commerce. Must both be creative and proficient in combining quantitative and qualitative data to form strategies and inform decision making.
  • Innovative problem solver and creatively driven.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and motivate.
  • You’ll think digital first, but always from an omni-channel perspective.
  • Acute attention to detail. As the brand guardian for your category/franchise, ensure all touchpoints follow brand guidelines.
  • An exceptional communicator, collaborator and influencer who lands on the salient point, has a confident recommendation, and can facilitate sound judgments and swift decision making.
