- Able to synthesize and contextualize data, insights and behavior as well as market and technological trends to inform strategy, creative and GTM development.
- Partner with internal insights team and external partners to deepen our knowledge of EMEA consumers, while bringing to life core human insights in inspiring creative briefs.
- Drive the creation and development of marketing campaigns that cut through and deliver impact on our brand, our business and our users.

What you’ll do:
Marketing Management (50%)
- Drive the global consumer marketing strategy and positioning for FACEIT and its portfolio of products.
- Responsible for expanding adoption of FACEIT by driving new user acquisition, engagement and retention.
- With direction from product, lead all go-to-market campaigns for FACEIT, with end-to-end accountability for targeting, positioning, and execution, with a strong focus on digital and performance tactics.
- Leverage output from insights and analytics to develop a global view of FACEIT users that informs channel and content plan.
- Lead the development of the annual marketing strategy, GTM plans and budget management to fuel the growth and success of the direct-to-consumer and ensure annual revenue and business performance targets are met.
- Manage and allocate marketing budget in an effective and timely manner to support the business priorities and commercial revenue targets.
Brand ownership (30%)
- Drive the global rollout and adoption of a new rebranding strategy for FACEIT.
- Work directly with the Brand & Creative team to inspire creative output for FACEIT that reflects the brands verbal and visual identity and supports the product growth ambitions.
Stakeholder coordination (20%)
- Work seamlessly with Product Marketing and the wider Product team to understand and amplify the product releases planned.
- Be the center of the marketing offense, leading efforts for integrated cross-functional plans in collaboration with the marketing peers in Fan Engagement & Creators, Brand & Creative, Consumer Commerce, Merchandise, and Planning & Operations.
- Own and build effective relationships with relevant external agencies and stakeholders.
- Direct and guide your own team’s ability to prioritize and maximize resources for all marketing initiatives related to the FACEIT.

- Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence decision-makers, internal and external, in order to reach goals and objectives. Build strong working relationships with leaders across global EFG teams (e.g. sales, product, business development, marketing, human resources and finance) and at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
- 10+ years of marketing management experience minimum
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent. Master’s degree or equivalent preferred. Relevant additional experience will be accounted for instead of a degree.
- Well-rounded product and marketing experience with advanced knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product, and communications management.
