We're recruiting for a Marketing Analyst to join the UK & Ireland (UKI) marketing team of a leading global technology company . This is an exciting opportunity to support public sector-focused marketing efforts for one of the world's most recognisable brands in collaboration and workplace technology.
This is a 12-month contract role, working hybrid from the London office 2 days per week , with the remaining time remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the UKI Marketing Lead in delivering the regional marketing strategy focused on public sector engagement.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across government, education, and healthcare sectors.
- Manage in-person and virtual events, sponsorships, webinars, and public sector-focused workshops.

- Tailor ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for public sector audiences in the UKI market.
- Analyse performance using tools like Salesforce and Power BI to track pipeline, lead quality, event ROI, and campaign impact.
- Report results and recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing - ideally with exposure to public sector marketing in the UK.
- Proven track record delivering integrated campaigns, including ABM, webinars, and live events.
- Familiarity with the public sector landscape (government, healthcare, education) and its procurement models.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics, Salesforce, and Power BI.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities without heavy supervision.
- Confident communicator and team player who can align diverse stakeholders across departments and regions.
- Knowledge of the collaboration or workplace technology space is a bonus.

The Lead Marketing Analyst will lead a marketing analytics team that supports the marketing team and studio stakeholders by providing analytics and insights on our marketing activities and impact. The role will be a central expert on marketing analytics. Ensuring analytics best practices to deliver insights that drive marketing decisions.
The Lead Analyst will deliver insights, learnings and guidance to digital advertising, CRM, customer lifecycle and our executive team and have a significant impact on the direction of our studio. As a lead analyst they will manage one senior marketing analyst, developing ways of working to deliver insights that help inform and improve marketing decisions.
This role will be part of the Analytics, Data Science and Engineering (ADSE) department. ADSE is the heart of player, product, and business insights on our games. The department acts as the analytics and data hub for the studio by supporting, gathering and maintaining analytics best practice.
The person in this role is most successful when they can merge technical, marketing understanding & analytical skill to provide insights and actionable results.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead a small analytics team who deliver insights that guide decisions on marketing targeting, spend and impact.
- Own the full funnel cross platform player analysis across a variety of tools, including Google Analytics, attribution partners & customer data platform
- Improve marketing campaign decision making and success criteria by integrating attribution, incrementality & media mix modelling data.
- Partner with data science to build & improve marketing prediction models such as LTV & Churn analysis
- Own marketing forecast models to better inform future budget levels & impact to marketing performance
- Leverage statistical analysis to optimize Marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.
- Develop best practice and transparent ways of working to deliver marketing reporting and insights
- Manage stakeholders across the studio, developing analysis and delivering insights to support their marketing decisions.
- Grow relationships across the studio to promote a data-driven partnership
- Partner with data engineering to manage data requirements such as schema requirements and data formats to support high-quality deliverables
What we're looking for:
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics in a B2C company
- Previous experience leading analysts while also delivering high quality insights
- Strong communicator and data storyteller
- Ability to manage stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Successful at driving and delivering change in a meaningful way
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Advanced skill in SQL
- Familiarity with modern data architectures (AWS, Snowflake, OLAP)
- Experience using modern data visualization tools e.g Tableau, PowerBI etc.
- Superior attention to detail, natural curiosity, and ability to problem-solve creatively

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join the Digital Marketing team. This role will lead on marketing analytics for the PureGym Group, working closing with channel marketing and commercial finance teams to track and understand effectiveness of all marketing activity, informing where and how we invest to maximise volume of new members. - Accurately track and report back on the performance of marketing activity, working closely with channel specialists to understand effectiveness of activity vs. KPIs

- Support channel teams in delivering structured testing plans, helping define hypotheses and measuring their success
- Lead on usage and implementation of MMM and MTA tools - giving a broader understanding of marketing performance

- Work with agency partners, as well as our in-house development and Insight & Analytics teams to improve our marketing analytics capability, ensuring we have the data we need to inform strategy
- Closely monitor market trends using tools such as Similarweb to track PureGym’s performance in the context of key competitors and the wider market
The Person
- Experience in a similar role or previous experience activating and managing digital marketing campaigns
- Has excellent numerical and analytical skills and able to interpret data to inform digital strategy
- Has excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytical tools
- Highly confident preparing reports in Excel with experience of using data visualisation software such as PowerBI, Looker Studio or Tableau
- Has a good understanding of digital channels, including PPC, SEO, programmatic display and paid social. Familiar with Google Search Ads 360, Meta Business Manager and other marketing platforms
- Is commercially aware and uses knowledge and experience to drive success of PureGym
- Can effectively build strong working relationships and networks to enable success, both within PureGym and with agency partners
