THE RESPONSIBILITIES.- Content Marketing: As part of the Brand & Content team, you will help to develop and implement a cohesive content marketing strategy that supports our wider marketing goals and Foundry’s business priorities. From go-to-market plans to product launches, you will be fundamental in the coordination and production of content, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, case studies, video content, and social media content.
- Client Outreach & Relationship Management: You will lead client outreach efforts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to unlock the stories we want to tell. Act as a primary point of contact to both customer and client [internal brand and content team], to ensure both parties are informed and satisfied.
- Public Relations: Devise and execute PR strategies to enhance brand and product visibility. Own the end-to-end process, including pitching stories, managing press inquiries managing proactive and reactive opportunities and cultivating relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
- Brand Messaging: Ensure all content and PR activities consistently reflect the company's brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with the wider marketing team (digital, industry and product marketing) to integrate PR and content marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content and PR campaigns, using data to inform future strategies. Provide regular reports on key metrics, including reach, engagement and ROI.
- Content Development: Support our content marketing efforts by promoting customer projects and points of view, pitching internally to feature quotes and stories for press releases, blog articles, social media posts and newsletters that resonate with our audience.

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience working in a PR and/or content marketing role, ideally within VFX, animation or technology

- Stellar written and verbal communications skills; excellent AP-style journalistic writing and editing practices and strong presentation skills
- You will be a self-starter who leads with initiative, with a natural flair for seeking out and chasing down stories

Role purpose:

Requirements
1. Content marketing (approx. 60%)
- Own the organic content calendar in partnership with the Marketing Director
- Create high quality engaging social LinkedIn content
- Format, upload, and publish high-quality content in HubSpot and WordPress
- Create engaging visuals in line with brand guidelines (e.g. Canva) to accompany social posts, newsletters and website content
- Work with the team to consistently publish high quality blog content
- Coordinate employee advocacy activity, including scheduling, providing post templates, and tracking performance
- Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all content
- Ensure accessibility best practices in published content
- Coordinate a basic backlink strategy through content partnerships, guest posts, and relationship outreach to support off-page SEO.
2. Digital marketing (approx. 40%)
- Implement on-page SEO best practice (metadata, headers, alt tags, internal linking)
- Support structured data/schema implementation for future search and LLM discoverability
- Help maintain and update website pages, ensuring good user experience and basic performance standards
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on landing pages, forms, and campaign assets
- Support tracking and tagging (working with the Digital Marketing Manager) to enable clear reporting
- Maintain and update performance dashboards (GA4, HubSpot, LinkedIn)
- Coordinate with freelance designers, writers or developers as required
- Maintain a structured, version-controlled marketing knowledge base for case studies, presentations, and brand assets.
Essential skills
- Excellent content writing and editing skills.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a content or digital marketing role
- Degree level / CIM level 6 or equivalent in marketing or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with content publishing in HubSpot, WordPress or similar CMS
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO best practice and SEO tools eg Ahrefs, SEMRush
- Proven experience using social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, for B2B marketing
- Strong design skills with Adobe and Canva.
- Confident working with performance tools like GA4, HubSpot dashboards
