We are looking for an experienced and customer-obsessed Global Content Marketing Manager to help us delight merchants. Your creativity and project management expertise will drive the development of compelling messaging and content that engages, educates, and inspires our international audience.
As a global content owner within the Creative Studio team, this role will be focused on producing, publishing, promoting, and tracking the performance of a wide variety of compelling marketing and sales content including blogs, guides, case studies, infographics, sales decks, emails, brochures, webpages, and event scripts for our B2B audiences in key countries such as UK, Germany, Japan, and others. These content assets will play a key part in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment internationally. The team will rely on your superb writing skills and experience developing various types of content with relevant tone and targeted to specific audiences.
Key job responsibilities
- Write and edit high-quality content including user guides, scripts, blogs, product updates, and customer-facing marketing communications
- Handle content requests from internal stakeholders - reviewing, editing, and communicating with stakeholders to maintain SLAs
- Manage content localization process for multiple in-country translations for all asset types, including web/CMS translations.
- Drive end-to-end content development process from research to writing to revision, proofreading, publication, and performance analysis - for each piece of content that you work on
- Establish and implement content best practices, including guidelines for content reuse and updating to evolve communications and raise the bar on customer experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive content roadmap aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from product marketing, sales, sales enablement, design, agency, and other teams across the organization to develop various content pieces, campaigns, and strategies that are aligned with our goals
- Act as a subject matter expert on brand voice, tone, messaging, and claim guidelines
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
- Use data and feedback from internal and external customers to continually evaluate and enhance the value of our content/content solutions.
A day in the life
- Supporting triage of internal content requests, providing SLAs and timely status communications on requests
- Stay engaged with international sales & marketing team to understand gaps and opportunities where content can support
- Developing, reviewing, and editing copy for marketing and sales enablement channels such as website, email, social, ads, videos, pitch decks, events, scripts, and one-pagers
- Partnering with other members of Creative Studio team (content, web, design) as well as the Channel Marketing team (social, email, webinar, ads) to ensure content is delivered in the format its needed to align with business goals and timelines

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in advertising agencies and/or in-house creative departments
- Understanding of best practices for marketing channel specific content (ie, email, web, case studies, etc)
- 3+ years of experience with editorial background, proofreading skills and experience adhering to brand guidelines
- Online portfolio that showcases your writing skills with a wide range of content assets

Preferred Qualifications
