The Content Production Leader is responsible for the end-to-end content production process for a suite of UK and International qualifications. You will report into the Assessment Content Operations Manager, managing both offshore and external colleagues within the process.
The objective of this role be responsible for the management and production of a specified set of secure assessment related content, ensuring that error-free assessment content is produced which is delivered to deadline, meets defined quality criteria and equivalent standards.
A part of this role is to ensure that the assessment processes that they support are carried out to a high standard in accordance with all appropriate internal policies and external regulations and can withstand scrutiny by internal audit and all stakeholders - including regulators, students and parents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the set up and reporting of all key production activities within a designated allocation of content workstreams.
+ Run processes to ensure they meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders needs and contractual requirements
+ Conduct gap analysis to identify focused areas for change and improvement with a focus on quality, error free content.
+ Review process improvement and skills audit output and ensure this is implemented
+ Act as the process owner for the processes related to assessment content ensuring processes are documented and regularly reviewed
+ Takes ownership of identifying and implementing process and system improvements and changes
+ Supporting the response to any internal/external audits or any identified lessons learned for the area of responsibility
+ Act as a matrix manager for our external examiners, leading all content production processes for a set of deliverables. Oversee the development, production and delivery of high stake assessments and support material.
**Adaptability and Proactivity:**
+ Anticipate and respond to changes in external factors, new product demands, services, and systems.
+ Focus on regulatory compliance and reporting, particularly for managing examination series-related situations (e.g., G4 regulation, errors, customer feedback).
+ Explore opportunities to enhance delivery quality and efficiency through new methodologies, processes, and technologies.
**You will:**
+ Be accountable for the updating of smartsheets and other tracking records ensuring the integrity by which assessment content processes are devised, followed, reviewed and amended.
+ Ensure all processes are fully documented and adhered to
+ Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to and reporting is clearly managed and aligned
+ Implement new process, procedures and systems to reflect the changing demands within our content production delivery
+ Conduct a full end to end process review
+ Drive continuous process improvement through the conception, development and implementation of clearly defined and documented processes
+ Deliver on innovation for test making

The Role: This role is working for an independent global entertainment business that is going through some exciting growth and an exciting strategy for the future. They are hiring for an exciting Finance Manager opportunity reporting directly to the Finance Director. You will be a core member of the wider finance team and play a key part in supporting and strengthening the Finance and Accounting function. You will have ownership of the monthly close process, reporting and forecasting and oversight of day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the licensing division. There is also a clear path for progression and a great opportunity to move into a managerial role within the team plus excellent salary, bonus, and benefits.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own and perform monthly close procedures and maintain adequate accounting records.
  • Full responsibility to prepare Monthly/Quarterly P&L and Balance sheet, analysis and commentary.
  • Review, analyze and reconcile data to ensure the accuracy of the company’s financial reporting.
  • Responsible for revenue recognition and related cost of sales transactions.
  • Liaising with AR to issue invoices and monitoring minimum guarantees, advances and royalties
  • Prepare cash flow forecast and analysis for the global licensing business.
  • Prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budgets in line with corporate FP&A timetables and working in conjunction with global sales executives.
  • Ownership of long-range plan for the business unit.

  • Prepare UK monthly cash request to be submitted to corporate
  • Liaising with royalty team and preparing agent reporting
  • Prepare quarterly VAT submission
  • Liaise with Hong Kong audit team for annual subsidiary audit
  • Review expense reports with office manager
  • Liaising with commercial, corporate, legal teams in NY, Toronto and UK.
  • Responsible for marketing and tradeshow lines in Rights business P&L
  • Prepare overheads for forecasting and budgeting across rights and K&F production business
  • Other ad-hoc project duties as required by Director of Finance

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years PQE (ACCA, CIMA)
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills – vlookups, pivot tables
  • Prior experience with ERP and FP&A/management reporting software and rights management database software is a plus (e.g. Netsuite, Workday Adaptive, Rightsline)
  • Prior experience dealing with a global head office/parent advantageous and dealing with multi currencies
  • Familiarity with tax withholding practices
  • Proven capacity to contribute positively to team work

The Director, Digital Content Strategy is responsible for our core flagship product Cytiva.com. This pivotal role requires an exceptional leader who understands the essence of a branded house company and can leverage the website not just as a valued information hub for our customers and prospects but as a significant profit driver. You will be entrusted with the guardianship of our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all the content while optimizing our site to meet customer needs and our ambitious business objectives. In this role you will implement and oversee the content strategy for Cytiva's website, ensuring that it aligns with our company's goals, brand identity, and market position and resonates with, and engages our, global audience and the prospective segment.
This position reports to the Director, Brand Content Strategy and is part of the Brand Experience team l ocated in a Cytiva hub in either Marlborough, MA, Amersham, UK or Krakow, Poland and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Lead a cross-functional team of content creators, editors, and marketers to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects value proposition, drives traffic, and converts visitors into leads.
+ Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to create cohesive narratives and strategies that enhance the customer journey and drive business objectives.
+ Analyze content performance and user engagement metrics to inform content strategies, optimize user experience, increase profitability, and drive the website's evolution as a long-term profit center.
+ Champion brand consistency across all digital content, establishing guidelines and processes that ensure a unified brand narrative. And ensure that the website content complies with legal and regulatory standards.
+ Stay ahead of industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor strategies to keep Cytiva's website and content at the forefront of the Biotechnology and Life Sciences sector.

+ Ability to travel - 10% as needed.
Who you are:
+ A strategic thinker, with a Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, or communications and a proven track record of leading content strategy and marketing efforts in a global multinational environment.
+ 5+ years of demonstrated experience transforming a website into a significant profit driver through innovative content strategies and digital marketing techniques.
+ Skilled in analyzing digital content performance and making data-driven decisions, with a proven analytics experience and demonstrated knowledge of SEO best practices.
+ Exceptional communicator with a talent for storytelling, able to convey complex ideas in compelling, easy-to-understand ways that resonate with a global audience and across customer segments
+ Agile and adaptive, comfortable navigating the fast-paced and ever-changing landscape of customer needs in a matrixed organization. Strong leadership skills, capable of inspiring and managing a diverse team of creative professionals to deliver content journeys that meet customer and business objectives.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Technical proficiency in CMS, web analytics tools, and a basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
+ Proficient in CSS, HTML, and familiar with the Agile framework, with the ability to leverage these skills to enhance content delivery and user experience is a plus.
