The Content Production Leader is responsible for the end-to-end content production process for a suite of UK and International qualifications. You will report into the Assessment Content Operations Manager, managing both offshore and external colleagues within the process.
The objective of this role be responsible for the management and production of a specified set of secure assessment related content, ensuring that error-free assessment content is produced which is delivered to deadline, meets defined quality criteria and equivalent standards.
A part of this role is to ensure that the assessment processes that they support are carried out to a high standard in accordance with all appropriate internal policies and external regulations and can withstand scrutiny by internal audit and all stakeholders - including regulators, students and parents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the set up and reporting of all key production activities within a designated allocation of content workstreams.
+ Run processes to ensure they meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders needs and contractual requirements
+ Conduct gap analysis to identify focused areas for change and improvement with a focus on quality, error free content.
+ Review process improvement and skills audit output and ensure this is implemented
+ Act as the process owner for the processes related to assessment content ensuring processes are documented and regularly reviewed
+ Takes ownership of identifying and implementing process and system improvements and changes
+ Supporting the response to any internal/external audits or any identified lessons learned for the area of responsibility
+ Act as a matrix manager for our external examiners, leading all content production processes for a set of deliverables. Oversee the development, production and delivery of high stake assessments and support material.
**Adaptability and Proactivity:**
+ Anticipate and respond to changes in external factors, new product demands, services, and systems.
+ Focus on regulatory compliance and reporting, particularly for managing examination series-related situations (e.g., G4 regulation, errors, customer feedback).
+ Explore opportunities to enhance delivery quality and efficiency through new methodologies, processes, and technologies.
**You will:**
+ Be accountable for the updating of smartsheets and other tracking records ensuring the integrity by which assessment content processes are devised, followed, reviewed and amended.
+ Ensure all processes are fully documented and adhered to
+ Ensure all regulatory requirements are adhered to and reporting is clearly managed and aligned
+ Implement new process, procedures and systems to reflect the changing demands within our content production delivery
+ Conduct a full end to end process review
+ Drive continuous process improvement through the conception, development and implementation of clearly defined and documented processes
+ Deliver on innovation for test making
