We are continually evolving and innovating, and developing our talent is the key to our success. Our benefits reflect the fact that we want our staff to know how much we truly value them.
Perhaps the most understated benefit at TSC is the strong sense of community and belonging. We’re extremely proud that we are flexible with our working arrangements and that we deliver programmes that positively change culture and protect organisations throughout the country and across the globe.
Other benefits you’ll enjoy when working for TSC include:
Employee Ownership
Here at TSC we are proud to be part of the growing employee-owned sector in the UK. Research into employee ownership demonstrates that co-owned companies tend to be more successful, competitive, profitable, and sustainable.
At TSC we believe it is important for everyone to share in the success of the business. Following completion of your six-month probation period you will be invited to join the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), this is at no expense to you. The EOT has a 10% share of the business.
Employee ownership gives our people direct responsibility and encourages active participation, alongside empowering everyone to drive improvements.

Share incentive plan (SIPs)
Alongside the EOT all employees, who have completed their probationary period, enjoy the benefits of being a direct shareholder. Everyone has the same allocation of shares; they are free of charge and are held in a Trust. The SIPs Trust has a 5% share of the business. If a dividend is declared, you will be entitled to receive the amount attributable to your share of the SIPs Trust fund.

All employees who meet the criteria set by the government will be automatically enrolled into a workplace pension after three months.

Working from home
We provide all the equipment, such as laptop, monitor, chair and desk for employees to be able to work from home effectively.
Employee assistance programme (Bright HR)
Employee wellbeing is a priority for us, therefore we offer an Employee Assistance Programme via our HR provider. This programme provides a wellbeing and counselling confidential advice line, up to five sessions of face-to-face counselling for employees and immediate family members over the age of 18. There is also additional support including wellbeing webinars and mini health checks.
