About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Product Artefact Content Specialist to join our team as we develop and expand our new end-to-end credit management application, PRISM.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of translating complex technical and business information into clear, structured, and accessible artefacts for a wide range of audiences; from developers and business analysts to end users and clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product & Technology experts, to create a comprehensive library of multi-format materials enabling people to understand and use the application.


Location: Uxbridge.


Your responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support the establishment of the PRISM Artefacts Team, developing best practices for documentation, version control, and content management.
  • Create and maintain a full suite of artefacts across the following categories:

o Product Documentation : feature descriptions, roadmap summaries, capability overviews

o Technical Documentation : infrastructure and environment diagrams, API descriptions, integration notes, data flow schematics.

o Maintenance Guides: system upkeep instructions, release notes, patching procedures.

o User / Training Guides: manuals, onboarding guides, tutorials, quick-reference sheets, Q&A frameworks.

o Frameworks: key principles and models that help guide the design and standardize processes across teams.

o Policies: compliance and governance documentation relating to the use and management of the application.

  • Interview subject matter experts and team members to gather information for documentation.
  • Contribute to workshops and meetings, capturing Artefact requirements and creating content.
  • Ensure all content is well-structured, versioned, searchable, and accessible across platforms.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of content workflows, templates, and tone of voice.
  • Work in an agile product development environment, participating in sprint planning and review cycles where appropriate.
  • Support the creation of visuals, diagrams and schematics to complement written artefacts (with design or UX support).
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to define and deliver a multi-format Artefact strategy.


Your skills

  • A recent graduate with a degree in research or writing-intensive subject (e.g., English, History, Politics, Philosophy, Journalism, etc.)
  • Exceptional written communication and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
  • Confident collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Eager to learn new systems, tools, and terminology – including a strong appetite to engage with digital and AI solutions.
  • Desirable: Experience in documentation, writing for digital products, or content management (even academic, internship, or freelance).
  • Exposure to agile or product development environments and familiarity with content tools such as Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Markdown, or similar.

  • Ensure the content you produce is of the highest quality: tightly drafted, grammatically correct and adhering to clients' requirements, style guides and mandated tone of voice.
  • Conduct research and identify new and emerging threats across the security industry. 
  • Provide subject matter expertise within the company and to clients, as needed.
  • Be an integral part of the quality control (QC) process across the organisation, assisting our teams in proofreading their internal and external content, including editing materials as appropriate.
  • QC materials at all stages of production including design and build.
  • Transform volumes of ‘dry’ client policy into engaging content, in order for the materials to be understood by people at all levels in the organisation. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently while staying organised, communicating effectively, and collaborating with TSC colleagues.
  • Work with the marketing team to produce external materials such as Insider articles, ensuring content is created based on the latest research and using appropriate tone and style.


Relationship management

  • Use of collaborative tools, such as Teams, to build effective relationships with TSC clients, managing expectations and communicating effectively and professionally.
  • Use your experience to be a source of advice and expertise for TSC colleagues and clients 
  • regarding internal communication strategies. 
  • Create communications strategies / plans for clients as needed.
  • Brief internal teams, such as design and eLearning build teams on the messaging, layout and functionality of the materials.
  • Work with TSC’s client project managers to ensure profitability within a given budget.

Employee Ownership

All employees who meet the criteria set by the government will be automatically enrolled into a workplace pension after three months. 

Flexible working day 

We operate a flexible working day, offering all team members a 2-hour window of when they wish to start work in the morning between 8am and 10am. The core working hours are 10am until 4pm when all team members are working.  

Working from home 

We provide all the equipment, such as laptop, monitor, chair and desk for employees to be able to work from home effectively. 

Employee assistance programme (Bright HR) 

Employee wellbeing is a priority for us, therefore we offer an Employee Assistance Programme via our HR provider. This programme provides a wellbeing and counselling confidential advice line, up to five sessions of face-to-face counselling for employees and immediate family members over the age of 18. There is also additional support including wellbeing webinars and mini health checks. 


Seasonal fun
