About the Opportunity
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with experience of managing a small team and exposure to Will drafting?
We are specifically looking for a Team Manager with strong management skills and Will Drafting experience to join our team, supporting our fee-earning solicitors and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions.
This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years’ experience of managing a small team and with a strong interest in Private Client services, particularly in Wills and Estate Planning.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a small team of administrative staff who provide administrative support to fee-earning solicitors.
- Assisting with the drafting and reviewing of Wills and related legal documents.
- Managing clients, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Handling client enquiries professionally and sensitively.
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records.
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and firm procedures.
What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role as a Team Manager, preferably in a law firm.
- Experience in Will drafting and an understanding of estate planning.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
