Our client is a rapidly growing technology firm seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for their tech and digital teams. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to source and engage top talent from across the UK. The operational hub for administrative purposes is located in Manchester, Greater Manchester, UK .
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled professionals in areas such as software development, data science, UX/UI design, and digital marketing. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams. You will leverage various recruitment tools and platforms to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and digital roles, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective interview processes.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the HR team on onboarding processes and talent management initiatives.
- Represent the company at virtual career fairs and networking events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technology and digital roles.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring for positions such as Software Engineers, Data Analysts, UX Designers, and Digital Marketers.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Experience working in a start-up or high-growth tech environment is a plus.
