Main Accountabilities:

Identify and measure performance output criteria for all relevant aspects of service delivery involving the control of contractors to develop and implement meaningful KPIs
Job planning to ensure maximum efficiency
Effectively oversee the coordination and programming of planned and reactive maintenance
Raising POs on SAP for supply chain partners
Provide detailed reports periodically to summarise key progress and activity to our client and their customers
Ensure CAFM system is kept up to date with accurate completion and start times

What you’ll need to do the role:

Significant demonstrable experience in a similar role
