PSR Rail Team are currently recruiting for a Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) in London to work on one of the biggest Rail projects in London being the Old Oak Common. This will be working for a Tier 1 contractor.
The Role
As CEM , you will be the primary engineering authority within the companies for assigned projects. You will ensure all engineering activities are delivered in accordance with the client's specifications, industry standards, and relevant legislation. You'll act as the key liaison between the client, design teams, and delivery teams, ensuring seamless integration and compliance throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Extensive experience as a CEM on major infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, tunnels, stations, M&E systems).
In-depth knowledge of Network Rail GRIP/PACE or equivalent infrastructure delivery frameworks.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Experience in managing design interfaces and technical assurance on multidisciplinary projects.
Competency in managing compliance with CDM regulations and relevant safety legislation.
