City based International Bank, are looking to recruit a Credit Analyst, to join their Corporate Banking department.
The Credit analyst responsibility is to support the Wholesale Banking business teams in London, through timely provision of in-depth credit and advice/recommendations regarding prospective/existing clients and associated banking facilities/limits.
Main responsibilities will include;
- To take primary responsibility for the timely preparation and submission of Credit Applications (CAFs), for new business proposals and annual/interim reviews for London and Turkish Corporates, assisting and advising as required other Department members in London and Istanbul involved in such CAF preparations
- To undertake in-depth financial analysis of, inter alia, balance sheet, income statements and cash flow statements in support of CAF presentations in line with best practices, fully liaising where necessary with Relationship Managers, Product Managers etc. to ensure adequate information flows
- To access as required, external information sources and appropriate research databases in support of CAF presentations

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Financial Analyst Lead to play a key role in our finance team. Reporting to the Group CFO, the analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, and the capacity to present financial information to various stakeholders, including investors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow) to support forecasting, scenario planning, and valuation analyses.

Interpath is currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our team as a Corporate Research Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales & Business Development team to monitor and analyse markets, conduct research into sector issues, and identify potential markets, companies, transactions, and situations for our client-facing teams to pursue.
As a Corporate Research Analyst, you will receive comprehensive training to become proficient in tracking, identifying, and understanding the primary indicators of market opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential deal opportunities across our fast-growing advisory services lines, such as Restructuring, M&A, Transaction Services, Value Creation, and Valuations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and sector analysis with support from our specialist sector experts to drive thought leadership and identify individual corporate targets (e.g. restructuring targets in an industry that is facing headwinds)
- Analysis of financial statements to identify key performance drivers and/or signs of underperformance that may indicate opportunities for delivery teams
- Support team with research on specific industries and production of go-to-market thought leadership
- Review and analyse data and insights from various sources, publicly available information, and industry thought leadership
- Develop initiatives and strategies to support our internal clients in winning new projects and contracts
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of our pursuit pipeline by updating our CRM system
- Produce pipeline reports for our national leadership
- Provide detailed pipeline management reporting and ad hoc support to specific national pipeline teams
Requirements
- Proficient in Office suite - Excel and PowerPoint, in particular
- Strong financial analysis skills – ability to read, understand and communicate information from quarterly and annual reports
- Experience of market and industry analysis – ability to track trends, macro themes, regulatory changes and how this may impact market participants
- High level understanding of debt markets
- High level understanding of different corporate structures
- Excellent report writing skills with the ability to tailor content to different audiences
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CapIQ, PowerBI and other research/pipeline management tools is desirable but not required
- Existing understanding of corporate deals, restructuring, or wider financial markets is a plus
