Job Title: Project Support Administrator – Corporate Social Responsibility
Location: Office-based in Motherwell – this role requires travel across various sites across the UK (car required and car allowance of £3,000 provided)
Salary: £5,000 plus up to ,000 car allowance

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to join a dynamic team supporting Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives across multiple project sites in the UK. This role involves travel between sites, so candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager with administrative duties supporting sustainability targets and objectives.

  • Support the delivery of Corporate Social Responsibility and KPI requirements related to project tenders.

  • Gather and submit evidence to clients to demonstrate social value and compliance.

  • Work with local communities to deliver impactful social value initiatives.

  • Support site projects with audits and ensure best practices are followed.

  • Manage supply chain records and documentation, ensuring all information is kept up to date.
