- In-depth knowledge of various wellness domains: nutrition, fitness, stress management, mental health, sleep hygiene.
- Excellent coaching, active listening, and motivational interviewing skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable delivering virtual sessions.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging wellness content.
- Proficiency with virtual communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, online platforms).

+ A current Bachelor's or Master's student with a required 12-month year in industry placement as part of your degree. A Hospitality or Business Management degree is preferred.
+ Availability to start 13th of July 2026, full-time, for a 12-month placement.
+ Eligibility to work in the UK. If you are a non-UK national, without EU Settled or Pre-Settled Status then you will need to be studying at a UK university to be eligible to undertake a placement here.
+ Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
+ Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines.
+ Additional European, Middle Eastern or African language skills would be advantageous, although not essential.
