  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation development within the Beauty & Wellness sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully bringing cosmetic products to market.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, their functions, and interactions.
  • Strong understanding of formulation principles for various product types (emulsions, suspensions, solutions, powders).
  • Experience with stability testing, safety assessments, and regulatory requirements for cosmetic products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and experimental design skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques relevant to cosmetic formulation.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for beauty and innovation.
  • Familiarity with sustainability and natural/organic ingredient trends is a plus.
