**What You'll Do**

**Qualifications**

We are currently seeking an Investment Counselor to join our team in London to cover the Israel Market. You will closely collaborate with our Private Bankers to provide investment services to Citi's ultra-high new worth clients and family offices.

Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Social Worker to join their dedicated team, focusing on mental health support. This hybrid role offers a balanced approach, combining essential in-office collaboration at our **Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK** base with the flexibility of remote work. You will play a crucial role in assessing needs, providing interventions, and coordinating care for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting comprehensive social care assessments for individuals with complex mental health needs, identifying strengths and risks.
  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing person-centred care plans in collaboration with service users, families, and other professionals.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions, counselling, and support to service users to promote their well-being and recovery.
  • Liaising effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated care.
  • Coordinating and facilitating case conferences and reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties.
  • Managing a complex caseload, prioritizing needs and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Advocating for service users' rights and ensuring their voices are heard in care planning and decision-making.
  • Providing support and guidance to families and carers, enabling them to manage challenging situations.

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant professional social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work) and be registered with the relevant professional body. A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience, with a significant focus on mental health services, is required.
