Our client is a well-funded and fast-scaling startup (circa 100 staff). Their programmatic full-stack solution is market-leading and future proofed. We're now hiring for a Senior Programmatic Trader / Senior Campaign Manager to join an award-winning trading team.


THE ROLE


You'll have responsibility for a patch of agencies and clients and will be relied upon to drive performance against clients goals and KPIs; be a thought leader and devise strategy; partner with AdTech vendors - and use your knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve day to day campaign issues. 75% of campaigns you oversee will be DSP trading and 25% will be setting up PMPs.


WHAT'S REQUIRED


  • Demand trading experience on DSPs (such as Xandr or DV360)
  • CPA or CPC performance campaign management experience
  • Ability to setup and oversee campaigns across multiple channels
  • Develop optimal bidding strategies and make relevant optimisations
  • Experience of ad-serving technologies such as GAM, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek
  • Knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party data strategy and able to leverage the power of both
  • Excel skills to manage reporting using a variety of pivot, lookup and custom formulas
  • A natural communicator; able to liaise effectively with Agencies and Ad Ops teams


DESIRABLE


  • Some supply trading experience on SSPs, creating PMPs (Xandr Invest, OpenX is ideal as around 25% of campaigns will be supply-side focused) but training is provided if needed.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (or an appetite to learn!)
  • Some experience of and a willingness to coach junior traders.
