OVERVIEW
Our client is a well-funded and fast-scaling startup (circa 100 staff). Their programmatic full-stack solution is market-leading and future proofed. We're now hiring for a Senior Programmatic Trader / Senior Campaign Manager to join an award-winning trading team.
THE ROLE
You'll have responsibility for a patch of agencies and clients and will be relied upon to drive performance against clients goals and KPIs; be a thought leader and devise strategy; partner with AdTech vendors - and use your knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve day to day campaign issues. 75% of campaigns you oversee will be DSP trading and 25% will be setting up PMPs.
WHAT'S REQUIRED
- Demand trading experience on DSPs (such as Xandr or DV360)
- CPA or CPC performance campaign management experience
- Ability to setup and oversee campaigns across multiple channels
- Develop optimal bidding strategies and make relevant optimisations
- Experience of ad-serving technologies such as GAM, Flashtalking, DCM, Sizmek
- Knowledge of 1st party and 3rd party data strategy and able to leverage the power of both
- Excel skills to manage reporting using a variety of pivot, lookup and custom formulas
- A natural communicator; able to liaise effectively with Agencies and Ad Ops teams
DESIRABLE
- Some supply trading experience on SSPs, creating PMPs (Xandr Invest, OpenX is ideal as around 25% of campaigns will be supply-side focused) but training is provided if needed.
- Working knowledge of SQL (or an appetite to learn!)
- Some experience of and a willingness to coach junior traders.

This role is primarily based in their Kingston office, with hybrid flexibility (3 days office, 2 days remote). The Opportunity:You’ll be joining as a Personal Tax Advisor , reporting directly to a partner and taking on a key role in developing and leading the personal tax function over time. It’s a role with plenty of autonomy, scope to grow into a leadership position, and real influence over how the department evolves.
You’ll be working closely with company directors and sole traders, providing high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. There’s a real mix of interesting clients and complex work here, including plenty of tax planning opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing:Managing a varied personal tax portfolio of 150-200 clients
Preparing and reviewing self-assessment tax returns, including complex cases
Handling P11Ds and ad hoc tax queries
Spotting tax planning opportunities across income tax, CGT, property and inheritance tax
Providing advisory support to both personal and corporate clients
Supporting junior team members and reviewing their work
Liaising with partners, and proactively managing client deadlines and expectations
Occasionally travelling into the central London office for client meetings
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For:ATT qualified (CTA desirable, but not essential)
Around 5 years’ experience in a tax role within an accountancy practice
Strong knowledge of personal tax, CGT, and mainstream compliance areas
Excellent communicator, with the ability to explain tax matters clearly to a range of clients
Experience reviewing work prepared by junior staff
Able to work independently, as well as part of a team
Based within commuting distance to Kingston upon Thames – essential
