The Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Digital Marketer (not a project manager), to execute and optimise campaigns across email, SEO, PPC, content, and paid media — driving awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Bringing experience working in a fast-paced start-up /scale up environment where campaigns are delivered in-house and every penny counts, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that work closely with sales and product teams to help grow pipeline, boost brand presence, and support revenue growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, social, website) aligned with the buyer journey and sales funnel.
  • Manage and optimise websites (Craft/WordPress), and implement SEO best practices to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Plan and deliver multi-touch campaigns including email nurturing, content syndication, website conversion, and paid media.
  • Support PPC, account-based marketing, and persona-based programmes to generate and nurture leads.
  • Manage marketing automation (HubSpot): build workflows, email sequences, run A/B tests, and optimise campaigns.
  • Distribute and adapt content derivatives (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, video) across digital channels and for CTAs.
  • Analyse performance data (GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, HubSpot) and report on KPIs such as web traffic, CTR, CPC, and pipeline contribution.
  • Maintain and grow our digital footprint across key channels and ensure visibility in search and AI-driven results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, with a strong customer-first mindset.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–4 years’ digital marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency with Google tools (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager), SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs), HubSpot, and marketing automation.
  • Experience managing CMS platforms (Craft, WordPress) and using design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
  • Strong copywriting, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced start-up or scale-up environments.
  • A proactive, results-driven, and collaborative approach.

We are looking to fill a number of mid and senior level interaction design roles.

As an Interaction Designer, you will play a critical role in delivering user-centred designs that meets the needs of our public sector client. You will also have the opportunity to work for other clients in government and the private sector. Hybrid working

Your skills and experience

Essential
•    Experience working with Government Digital Service (GDS) service standards, using GDS design principles

Within that sits our _Creative Direction_ team, which is made up of Art Directors and Designers. This team is the internal creative agency that concepts, shoots, selects, designs and builds large volumes of consumer-facing content. It is a brief-driven organization that executes against the TH Global Brand Playbook for all projects and campaigns. It also acts as a key contributor and guardian to those guidelines.

**The Position**
As part of the design function within the Creative Direction team, the Brand Designer, Senior Specialist including Media brings the Tommy Hilfiger brand to life through the creation of both digital and print materials-ranging from newsletters and e-commerce assets to packaging, event collateral, and multimedia storytelling. This role is responsible for independently developing high-quality creative output that meets design, technical, and strategic requirements across platforms.
In addition to strong design fundamentals, this role requires a seasoned understanding of media adaptation and motion design. The **EU Retail Media Manager** is responsible for driving the e-commerce performance marketing strategy and execution across the European market. **Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimisation:**
+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce marketing campaigns, including sales growth, traffic, conversion rates, new customer rate, and customer acquisition costs.

**Cross-functional Collaboration:**

**Pureplay Account, Marketplace, Social Commerce, DTC Advertising Management:**
+ Develop and manage marketing initiatives tailored to specific e-commerce platforms to increase product visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
+ Monitor and optimize advertising executions, ensuring they meet platform guidelines and leverage the best possible SEO practices.
+ Collaborate with marketplace partners to implement digital merchandising, content optimization, and promotional campaigns.
Here's what we are looking for:
**Essential:**
+ 5+ years of experience in performance media particularly in Amazon or leading agencies which specialize in Personal Care/ FMCG industries
+ Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and good understanding of trading/ general account management
+ Strong experience with digital advertising (AIO, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, CRM)
+ Proficiency in using analytics tools (AMS/ AMC, Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok, Power BI, Salesforce) to track and report on campaign performance.
