As a Designer, you’ll create high-quality static and motion design across a wide range of channels and formats – from campaigns and social to digital, CRM, in-gym, and print. While initially focused on supporting our US market, you’ll work at a group level, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all territories.

You’ll bring briefs to life with creativity, craft, and attention to detail, working closely with senior creatives on both concepting and execution. You’ll also play a part in applying – and helping evolve – our brand’s creative toolkit to ensure every piece of work is distinctive, impactful, and unmistakably ours.

Key duties will include:

  • Design static and motion assets for campaigns, social, digital, CRM, in-gym, and print channels.
  • Apply the brand’s creative toolkit consistently and effectively, while looking for opportunities to evolve and enhance it.
  • Work from briefs to produce creative solutions that meet objectives, deadlines, and brand standards.
  • Support the Art Director/Senior Creative in developing concepts and creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, marketers, and stakeholders across regions.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, as well as the Studio Manager/Art Director, to deliver work that meets local and global needs.
  • Confidently present creative ideas and work and effectively gather feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, bringing fresh inspiration into the studio.
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality control across all output.

THE PERSON

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A portfolio showcasing both static and motion design across multiple channels and formats.
  • Experience working across a mix of campaign, brand, digital, social and print creative.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects and Premiere Pro desirable.
  • Ability to work across multiple briefs, markets, and audiences, ideally with some experience creating for different territories.
  • Creativity paired with the ability to deliver on brand and to brief.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the confidence to present work to stakeholders when needed.
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work at pace without compromising quality.
  • A proactive, positive approach with a keen eye for detail.

Your responsibilities

The Designer – Branding & Packaging is a hands-on creative role responsible for crafting visually distinctive, strategically aligned packaging and branding design for Reckitt’s Powerbrands. This role works under the guidance of the Design Lead – Branding/Packaging to develop and deliver high-quality visual assets that drive shelf impact, reinforce brand equity, and meet category objectives. 

This is a midweight-level position, ideal for a designer with strong technical skills, brand sensibility, and a passion for creating design work that connects with consumers across global markets.

 
 

The experience we're looking for

1. Branding & Packaging Design Execution 

Design and refine packaging layouts, product branding, and visual identities that align with category guidelines and brand toolkits. 

Translate strategy, consumer insights, and creative briefs into effective, compelling visual solutions. 

Support concept development, material exploration, and innovation in branding execution. 

Collaborate with the Design Lead to maintain consistency across ranges, SKUs, and markets. 

2. Technical Craft & Artwork Preparation 

Build production-ready artwork files for packaging and branding applications across print and digital. 

Apply strong attention to detail in typography, colour, imagery, layout, and hierarchy. 

Liaise with the Design Activation and Print teams to ensure artwork aligns with technical print and deployment standards. 

Assist with visual mockups, hero image creation, and other presentation materials. 

3. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support 

Work with internal teams (Design, Marketing, R&D, Commercial) to deliver against project timelines and briefs. 

Partner with external creative agencies or freelancers when needed to scale delivery. 

Participate in creative reviews, design critiques, and category workshops. 

Help ensure that Reckitt’s brand world is visually and consistently brought to life across consumer-facing touchpoints. 

4. Innovation & Design Exploration 

Stay up to date on branding, packaging, material, and sustainability trends. 

Contribute ideas during brainstorms, ideation sessions, and innovation sprints.

Job Summary

Work with the Business Units to improve the quality of Taylor Wimpey’s development design. This in turn will deliver; improved performance in delivering value from land, implementable planning consents and sustainable communities for our customers through improved development design.  

Primary Responsibilities

The Scope

As a Senior Product Designer for our design system, Loop , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a platform that supports over 100 designers across EE.

You’ll be at the forefront of evolving our design standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact at scale while taking ownership of the design quality across our foundations, components, and patterns.

You’ll also play a key role in growing design capability across the team. This includes identifying skill gaps, mentoring peers, and supporting your design manager with training initiatives to elevate the overall craft.

  • Creating highly scalable components and pattern libraries in Figma and cascading down best practices to the rest of the team.
  • Monitoring the design community in adopting our system and contributing to it through analytics and surveys.

  • Building meaningful internal relationships, contributes to a culture of design excellence and promotes a user-centred way of working

Experience needed to be successful in the role

  • Extensive experience building highly scalable components and patterns so they can futureproof the designs where they are being consumed.
  • A track record of prioritising requests from different teams, accessing the various needs and making difficult decisions, often having to push back against stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating groups of designers as part of workshops to help refine components and patterns that address all needs.
  • Proven ability to build design library content which is fully compliant with our WCAG standard. What you build will be consumed by multiple teams and you will have the support of an in-house accessibility team.
  • Demonstrable experience of using data to understand how people use your components, considering various elements of feedback and performance metrics to when making necessary changes.
  • Previous experience working in either a design system team or contributed to the build and curation of design libraries.
  • Experience working on a white-label or multi-brand project.
  • Proficient experience using Figma which is our core design tool. This includes a strong understanding of its existing features, especially how to leverage variables to make scalable components and patterns.

Content Designer

The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) is seeking a content designer to contribute to its digital transformation. This role involves designing user-centred public services at scale within multidisciplinary teams , aligning with Government Design Principles . Our designers use plain English to make complex processes and guidance easy to understand. They help people get the information they need; in the way they need it. Key responsibilities include working as part of a user-centred design team to resolve complex challenges and promoting best practices and standards in content design. The successful candidate will be proactive, take ownership of design activities (like facilitating critiques and documenting content guidelines), and possess excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Working Style

This role will be carried out in-line with IPO Hybrid working arrangements where staff are currently expected to spend at least 20% of their time working onsite from one of our offices. This role is based in our Newport Office.

  • Knowledge of agile ways of working, and experience of working with user researchers, service and interaction designer and other user-centred design professions.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders and ability to negotiate important design decisions.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, inclusive, and compliant digital experiences across our Financial Services journeys. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver user-centred solutions that meet both customer needs and business goals. What will you be doing as our new Project Design Manager?

As a Project Design Manager within one of our four business units, you will champion the delivery of capital projects that reduce operational risk. You will lead a cross-disciplinary team in developing and overseeing safe, compliant, on-time, and on-budget solutions that meet quality, environmental and governance standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple projects through full lifecycle delivery—from scoping and design through construction, handover and post-handover management.
  • Assure CDM compliance and promote a zero-harm culture through audits, peer reviews and checks.
  • Develop and empower a high-performing team of project engineers, planners, cost managers and coordinators.
  • Manage programme-level delivery, cost forecasts, risk and change, maintaining alignment with Integrated Project Leaders.
  • Drive constructability reviews and solution development with a focus on TOTEX, Risk/Opportunity/Value, and win-win outcomes.
  • Ensure robust Delivery Execution Plans (DEPs) are in place and accepted by stakeholders.
  • Foster collaborative working with Alliance teams, clients, and supply chain partners to deliver integrated outcomes.
  • Translate client governance requirements and support IPLs at governance boards as required.

You’ll bring:

You are a credible and experienced Project Design Manager with strong leadership, technical and delivery skills. You will ideally have:

  • A degree in engineering (or equivalent experience), with proven experience in water or wastewater project delivery.
  • Sound knowledge of CDM and health & safety regulations, ideally with an IOSH qualification.
  • APMP qualification or equivalent and experience working within a commercial or Design & Build environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, team development and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and multiple simultaneous projects.
  • The ability to operate strategically and resiliently, delivering outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to drive cost-effective, sustainable and inclusive solutions.

Place-Based Thinking
The Place-Based Thinking team delivers some of the largest and most complex projects across the @one Alliance. Made up of six Senior Project Manager teams, we oversee 19 catchments, covering key sites such as Whitlingham, Flag Fen, Great Billing, Cotton Valley, Bedford, Colchester, and Ipswich Cliff Quays. These projects involve managing all parts of the network from rising and gravity mains, pumping stations, high spilling overflows, and water recycling centres.

Water
The Water Business Unit provides strategic support across the clean water network, covering both system performance and infrastructure planning. We assess the future hydraulic state of the network in response to population growth and increased demand, support the design and delivery of capital and infrastructure schemes to ensure hydraulic resilience, and work with optimisation teams to enhance overall network efficiency.

Water Recycling (East and West)
Our Water Recycling Business Unit, split into East and West regions, is responsible for the collection, conveyance, and treatment of wastewater across an extensive network. We operate over 76,000 km of sewerage infrastructure and 1,163 treatment centres, ensuring safe and sustainable discharge to the environment while driving innovation and environmental performance.
