Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement overarching creative strategies for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead and inspire a creative team of designers, copywriters, and content specialists.
  • Oversee the conceptualisation and execution of high-quality creative assets across all digital channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all creative output.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to define campaign objectives and target audiences.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Manage creative project timelines and budgets effectively.
  • Conduct creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns and iterate for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, or Senior Creative role, with a strong portfolio of digital campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading creative teams in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and advertising principles.
  • Proficiency in design software and understanding of various digital content formats.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking, visual design skills, and storytelling ability.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a fully remote setting is highly advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
