Role Summary

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Creative Retoucher with a keen eye for detail and a flair for design to join our in-house studio & creative team. This is not a role that focuses on product/e-commerce retouching – instead, you’ll be working across editorial, campaign, social, and marketing imagery , bringing our visuals to life through expert retouching and supporting the wider team with graphic design tasks.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-end retouching of campaign, editorial, and social imagery, ensuring consistency with brand aesthetic.
  • Support the creative team with graphic design tasks such as campaign layout design, typography treatments, and visual asset creation.
  • Retouch skin, clothing, and environments to a polished but natural standard, maintaining realism while enhancing impact.
  • Work closely with photographers and creative team to follow creative direction and apply post-production techniques accordingly.
  • Assist in preparing imagery for various digital and print channels including social media, website banners, email campaigns, lookbooks, and press assets.
  • Organise and maintain retouching file structures and ensure efficient asset management.
  • Stay up to date with retouching and graphics trends, design techniques, and fashion imagery to help evolve the brand’s creative output.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in creative image retouching within fashion, beauty, or editorial environments.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop with strong skills in masking, colour correction, frequency separation, and non-destructive editing.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative retouching and design work.
  • Ability to interpret and maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across projects.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive and open to feedback.
  • Understanding of social-first content and visual storytelling.
