The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 months, requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to 42,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.

Journey Planning & Sales Strategy

  • Use data to prioritise account visits and actions (e.g. restock, upsell, promotional planning).

  • Surface actionable insights to the sales team through dashboards, reports, or planning tools.



Omnichannel Contact Strategy

  • Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to develop a seamless customer journey.

What We're Looking For:
Experience & Skills

  • At least 4 years of experience in a sales support, CRM, or commercial analyst role (ideally FMCG or foodservice).
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and Excel/BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience analysing sales data and translating it into clear commercial actions.
  • Comfortable collaborating with field sales teams, digital marketers, and leadership.

THE ROLE As a Senior CRM Analyst , you’ll be joining a growing, collaborative team responsible for two main areas: Audience Decisioning – using SQL to build and segment audiences for complex multi-channel campaigns Campaign Analytics – measuring performance and driving optimisation across key KPIs You’ll work across the full campaign lifecycle — from logic-building and segmentation to testing and post-campaign analysis — collaborating closely with the CRM Operations team to bring campaigns to life. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and segment audiences using SQL for multi-channel campaigns (email, app, push, web, paid social) Analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insight to improve targeting and ROI Develop dashboards and reporting in Power BI to track effectiveness across channels Contribute to personalisation and automation strategies Support wider CRM transformation and new capability rollouts Lead on key campaign streams and work closely with Marketing and Operations teams TOOLS & TECH SQL (core to the role) Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) – plus some legacy systems Power BI – moving into more advanced reporting and dashboarding WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll be reporting into a Head of CRM Analytics who’s hands-on, collaborative, and ex-agency herself – someone who knows how to support development but gives autonomy too. You’ll join a team of ~6 including other Senior Analysts and junior team members, embedded within the wider Decisioning & Analytics function. WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR Strong SQL – must be confident with hands-on audience segmentation and querying 3–5 years in CRM Analytics, Marketing Analytics or Decisioning roles Comfortable analysing campaign data and delivering actionable insight Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform) Exposure to multi-channel campaigns – email, push, web, app etc. Background in consumer brands, retail, FMCG, or other data-led industries ideal WHY APPLY?
