Job responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
- Managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders, integrations, customizations, and migrations
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into specifications
- Providing technical guidance and support on Dynamics CRM and Power Platform features
- Conducting testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of solutions

- Expertise in Dynamics modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Copilot
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and Azure services
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems via APIs
