What You’ll Be Doing
Client Engagement & Solution Delivery
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
- Lead client workshops, analyzing business pain points and aligning them with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities.
- Build and deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timeframes and budgets, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management teams to draft project scopes and plans.
- Facilitate system testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet client expectations.
- Work with internal teams to design and build solutions, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of delivery.
- Stay updated on new features and functionalities in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to bring fresh insights into client projects.
- Support the team in identifying and delivering re-usable intellectual property (IP) and product catalogue solutions.
Client Success & Relationship Management
- Proactively manage client relationships, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Identify opportunities for further collaboration and growth within existing client accounts.
- Support Sales and Client Success teams with technical expertise and guidance on client queries and issues.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules, with a proven record of deploying and developing solutions.
- Experience in Power Platform – Building apps, workflows, automations, and working with Power BI and AI Builder.
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think on your feet to deliver positive results.
- Strong communication skills – Able to engage with clients at all levels and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Client-facing experience – Demonstrable ability to build relationships and manage client expectations.
- Continuous learning – Committed to maintaining Microsoft certifications and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
Even Better If You Have:
Microsoft certifications (PL-200, MB-210/220/230) or a willingness to pursue them.
Location & Working Arrangements
- We are based in Brighton, but this role requires 2 days per week on client site in London for a project running until October, and once a week in Brighton after that.
- Flexibility to work remotely for the remaining days, with a focus on collaborative, in-person sessions when needed.
