Job Purpose
The Digital & CRM Systems Officer plays a key role in maintaining and developing the organisation's ReadyMembership CRM system, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes, and insightful reporting.
Alongside CRM administration, the role also supports IT coordination and digital systems, helping to keep technology running smoothly for all staff and ensuring a high-quality member and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the ReadyMembership CRM day-to-day: managing user access, profiles, and permissions.
- Maintain data hygiene: run duplicate checks, fix invalid records, standardise postcodes and contact data.
- Keep picklists, custom fields, and saved lists organised and up to date.
- Build and schedule management reports and dashboards to support departments with data-driven insights.
- Design and implement user dashboards and KPIs to track staff activity and member engagement.
- Create and document simple automations to streamline processes within the CRM where possible.
- Produce short, visual "how-to" guides (with screenshots) for recurring CRM and digital tasks.
- Collaborate with the Data & Communications Team Leader to identify and pilot new CRM features or integrations.
- Lead on improving the member experience through better data capture, workflows, and usability.
- Support team training and onboarding of new staff into the CRM.
- Act as the first point of contact for CRM queries, escalating complex issues where needed.
- Liaise with our IT Support company to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Resolve common user issues (password resets, MFA, Outlook/Teams, printers, Wi-Fi, OneDrive sync, browser/cache).
- Set up new staff with IT Support: create M365 accounts, assign licences, configure permissions, add to Teams/SharePoint, and provision devices.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset register (devices, serials, warranties, encryption, software, condition).
- Manage stock of accessories (mice, headsets, docks) and prepare spares for new users.
- Provide on-site digital/tech support for key events (sound, screenshare, Slido, webinar setup).
- Support phishing awareness campaigns and digital security practices.
- Assist the with testing and implementing new tools, updates, and automation pilots.
- Train in all aspects of Data & Communications Team Leaders role and provide holiday cover and succession planning.

**What We're Looking For**
+ Advanced coding ability in C# and React.
+ Experience designing and architecting secure, scalable applications.

+ Knowledge of legacy technologies like: ASP.NET Webforms, Visual Basic, .Net Framework 4.5 - 4.8.
+ Able to understand and develop advanced SQL, Stored Procedures.
+ Experience working effectively in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment.
+ Very good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, Object Oriented Design, SOLID principles, common design patterns.
+ Experience with Git, CI/CD and Azure DevOps pipelines.
+ Knowledge of test automation would be an asset.
+ Knowledge of Microservice architectures would be an asset.
+ Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
+ Educated to A-Level.
