Hays Technology are recruiting for a CRM Specialist for one of our clients. This role will initially be a 3-month contract with extension and will work to the rate of up to 500p/d inside IR35.
What will you be doing?
- Manage the delivery of the CRM services on our platform (Dynamics 365).
- Migrate legacy systems and data into the CRM platform.
- Work with the business to transform operations into an optimised CRM platform.
- Develop a "single view of the customer" ensuring data from corporate systems is visible to CRM users using integrations, APIs and other technology.
- Define and manage security within the CRM.
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and products and working with business teams to achieve their outcomes.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities for CRM services.
- Work closely with Architects to ensure we comply with all relevant requirements, capturing all relevant data and further develop the architecture to support at an enterprise level.
- Working with Cyber Security and the Data Protection Officer to ensure that we are meeting required standards implementing tools that monitor and enforce policies.
Experience in Dynamics Contact Centre is highly desirable for this post.

Your role within the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) team is to maintain and develop business with all customers in the region of Basingstoke and southwest of the UK by providing excellent training, education, and technical support to the customers, to ensure meeting or exceeding of targets while enhancing Medtronic's reputation in the market. We continually strive to alleviate pain, restore health, and extend life.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products
+ Planning and prioritising clinical, technical and education programmes with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups
+ Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterisation laboratory / operating theatre and by providing technical support to the customers both before and after the implant of the device
+ Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request
+ Organising and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plans
+ Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process
+ Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience or Cardiac medical device experience
+ IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation and/or previous training/education experience would be an advantage
+ Able to work in an operating room environment
+ Need to live a commutable distance from Basingstoke
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Good communication and influencing skills and strong organisational skills
+ Driving licence.
