Our client, a world-renowned luxury cruise line, is seeking a vibrant and energetic Cruise Ship Activities Director to join their team and manage all onboard entertainment and recreational programming. This is an on-board position, requiring you to live and work on the cruise ship for the duration of your contract.

As the Cruise Ship Activities Director, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a diverse range of daily activities and events for passengers of all ages. This includes coordinating live shows, themed parties, bingo, trivia contests, fitness classes, deck parties, and cultural enrichment programs. You will lead and manage a team of activity staff, ensuring they are motivated, well-trained, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include developing entertainment schedules, managing budgets for onboard activities, liaising with other ship departments (e.g., entertainment, food and beverage, shore excursions), and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all participants.
