What You'll Do
Design learning experiences that support BCG’s global Risk and Compliance strategy. In this role, you will create engaging and accurate compliance learning for all BCG employees worldwide, including onboarding, refreshers, and mandatory training modules. This includes eLearning, live and virtual live sessions that are memorable, behaviourally impactful, and aligned with BCG’s standards.
You will collaborate with internal risk and compliance teams, subject matter experts, vendors, and training teams to ensure our learning interventions not only inform but shift behaviours to drive a culture of integrity and accountability.
