As a key member of the EMEA Learning & Development team, the Learning & Development Coordinator - Instructional Design & Implementation plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful learning experiences across the region. This includes developing engaging digital content, designing blended learning programs, and applying instructional design principles to enhance learner engagement and retention.
The role collaborates closely with property and above-property teams to coordinate training initiatives, manage learning systems, and ensure seamless implementation aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities also include supporting reporting, virtual facilitation, and content development.
Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, fluency in learning systems, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Occasional travel may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
**Design & Implementation Support**
+ Support the design, implementation, and evaluation of L&D programs aligned with business strategies across disciplines and markets
+ Collaborate with property and above-property teams to assess learning needs and recommend appropriate solutions
+ Coordinate multiple learning initiatives, ensuring timelines, logistics, and quality standards are maintained
+ Assist in the development and rollout of new tools, platforms, and processes to enhance learning efficiency
+ Conduct regular quality checks and updates of implemented projects and learning resources
+ Design and develop engaging e-learning modules using tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or Synthesia
+ Apply instructional design principles to create learner-centric content tailored to diverse audiences
**Learning Delivery & Facilitation**
+ Schedule and coordinate trainings including bookings, invites, waitlists, and post-assessments
+ Facilitate virtual and live workshops, incorporating interactive elements and digital tools to enhance engagement
**Systems & Reporting**
+ Administer learning management systems to monitor training completions and manage task workflows
+ Produce and interpret learning data reports to support stakeholder insights and decision-making
+ Demonstrate proficiency in LMS platforms to ensure accurate data handling
+ Partner with cross-functional L&D teams to troubleshoot system queries and resolve reporting discrepancies
+ Utilize LMS analytics to assess learner engagement and measure program impact
**Stakeholder Engagement**
+ Address inquiries and provide support to property and above-property teams on L&D-related projects
+ Act as a point of contact for assigned stakeholders and learning projects
+ Assist in assessing learning needs and contribute to the design and implementation of effective solutions
+ Collect, analyze, and share learner feedback to inform continuous improvement
**Project & Resource Management**
+ Support development and updates of L&D resources and programs
+ Review and respond to queries from the L&D Community and redirect as needed
+ Support other projects and activities across L&D disciplines

**Candidate Profile**
**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
+ 3+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and/or Learning & Development
+ Previous operational hotel experience is desirable
+ Certification in instructional design or e-learning development is an advantage
+ Portfolio of digital learning projects is an advantage
