The Role
In this high-impact position, you will:
- Lead & Develop a Team: Manage, mentor and inspire a team of analysts, creating a culture of curiosity, innovation, and commercial focus
- Drive the Customer Data Strategy: Play a pivotal role in evolving the CDP, building robust and accessible data foundations that unlock new growth opportunities
- Partner with the Business: Work closely with Marketing, Online, Retail, Merchandising, and Customer Insight teams to ensure data-led strategies shape decision-making
- Champion Marketing Effectiveness: Enable Marketing to measure and optimise campaigns with confidence, supporting smarter investment decisions
- Automate Insight & Reporting: Oversee the delivery of dashboards and self-serve tools, empowering colleagues across the business with fast, actionable insights
- Be a Trusted Voice: Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling recommendations for senior stakeholders – influencing decisions at the highest level
- Own Data Quality: Champion governance and measurement standards, ensuring data integrity and accuracy across the customer landscape

About You (Key Skills/Competencies)
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a data related role
