Do you have experience of working in an office administration-based role and would focussing on something working closely with analytics/data be of interest?
We're recruiting for a Customer Data Administrator to join this company in Hemel Hempstead, working in a role where you'd be working with various departments and playing quite an integral part in making sure that the day-to-day operations of the business are moving along smoothly.
We're needing someone for this role who already has administration experience behind them and a good understanding of working in an office environment, but this would be a really exciting opportunity for someone wanting to pivot and work in a role that focusses on data and it's importance in a business.
This is going to be a temporary (to permanent) position for what we are expecting to be roughly the next 8 months and will be working closely with the head office team in Hemel Hempstead, specifically in their very luxurious and trendy offices in the Maylands area.
You'd be working 3 days in the HH offices and 2 days remotely per week, and standard hours will be a choice of 8-4 or 9-5 with an early finish on a Friday.
This position will be paying an hourly equivalent of 28,000 which will be a rate of 14.96 per hour and will be paid weekly, every Friday.
We are recruiting immediately for this role and looking to get someone started in this role at the beginning of October.
What to expect day to day?
- Create new accounts as necessary, full set up from start to finish.
- Problem Solving - Looking into all human error or system created issues and figuring out what is going on, why and how it can be resolved.
- Admin/Data Maintenance - Ensuring data quality is maintained to the top level.
- Integration of new systems/data - Integrating systems, data and other key data for various teams both UK and Internationally.
- Data Analysis - Understanding and adjusting customer data, highlighting issues, managing solutions for both the shorter and longer term.
What do we need from you?
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Need to have intermediate Excel skills
- Any prior experience of SAP or a similar ERP would be ideal, but not essential - Training given
- Good communication skills are essential, both verbally and written
- A good problem solver with a proactive attitude is a must
