The purpose of the CRM Manager is to lead the campaign build, deployment, and insight across the subscription lifecycle. This involves supporting the Senior Manager to devise a strategy that uses new data, mar-tech, propositions and content to deliver revenue growth and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a year-round CRM campaign strategy that is automated, personalised and commercially focused
  • Working with Trading and Retention teams to produce plans that meet their objectives and report back on campaign performance
  • Lead projects and (when required) approve iD projects on behalf of CRM
  • Work closely across Business Standards, GTM & the Operations teams to optimise campaign delivery and supplier involvement
  • Collaborate on the implementation of segmentation, product, and propositions, selecting audiences and channels that deliver against growth, margin and retention KPI targets
  • Develop new program activity to support iD growth
  • Review campaign performance through an optimisation roadmap Implement new tracking/ monitoring of automated activity
  • Look externally for inspiration on how to improve current performance
  • At least 3 years CRM campaign experience (agency or client-side)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Leading the build, test, and deployment of CRM communications across a Subscription journey
  • Adobe platform data model, including the review of workflows, QA checks and personalisation scripts
  • Analyse learnings and devising new strategies to improve KPIs
  • Approving copy, content, and visual imagery in high volume campaigns
  • Hybrid working experience with online project management experience
  • Movable Ink, Google Analytics, Excel, and other MS package knowledge
  • Mobile and/ or retail industry experience (preferably Subscription – New Sales)
  • Push Notification and Direct Mail experience
  • Understanding of HTML template principles, including accessibility and vulnerable email design

An Overview Of The Role

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and previous experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) development and evaluation. An Overview Of The Role

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge and previous experience in Generative AI (Gen AI) and Large Language Models (LLM) development and evaluation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer behaviour analytics, marketing, commercial, web, or product analytics, and possess domain knowledge in marketing, customer, digital, and commercial sectors. Additionally, the candidate should have strong project management and people management skills.
