Client-facing role managing two merchandisers with hands-on smart inventory projects
You know as a Stock & Inventory Solutions Coordinator that the real work starts after the sale.
Not when the pitch is done, not when the quote is signed. but when the client needs someone to take the lead and get things moving.
This is where you come in.
RFID, vending, weight-based inventory systems. When a manufacturing client wants to streamline how they order and manage parts, you'll design the right setup and see it through from start to finish.
You'll work closely with Sales and Business Development, stepping in when a customer needs a proper solution. From scoping and planning through to install and ongoing support, you'll be the one making it happen.
You'll manage two merchandisers, looking after their performance, development and day-to-day priorities. Around 70 percent of your time will be spent maintaining and improving existing solutions. The other 30 percent will be focused on new installs. You'll usually take on one project at a time so you can give it your full attention.
It's a mix of people, process and project. No two weeks are the same.
You'll be based in the office two days a week, with the rest split between home and site visits. We're open on location, if you're happy travelling, this could work wherever you are.
