The Senior Animator role will set the standard for animation quality and consistency, with extensive expertise in both motion capture (mocap) and keyframe animation and advanced knowledge of animation principles, the position will play a critical role in bringing our characters and environments to life.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Animator, you will create engaging gameplay and cinematic animation content for our projects, maintain consistency within your work and ensure that it is in line with the project’s technical constraints and artistic direction.
Responsibilities :

- Use your knowledge of the principles of animation to create Keyframe, Motion capture and procedural animations.
- Prototype concept animations to quickly test in the Game engine and take feedback.

- knowledge of Game engines State Machines, BlendSpace and Blueprint to create highly responsive gameplay.

In this role you’ll be:
You will develop, iterate and implement new game features in Unreal, whilst maintaining and updating existing features. Working as a key point of contact between design, engineering, animation and the wider team.
This role will be based in one of our three central Guildford offices - each a short distance from the main train station.
