Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Dairy Production Operator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, utilising their Dairy Yoghurt Manufacturing and Butter Churning knowledge. Our current shift pattern is 4 on 4 off working 05:00-17:00, 13:00-01:00. Previous similar experience is highly desirable but training can be given to the right candidate.
Duties
- Operate and maintain production equipment used for the manufacture of Yoghurt and Butter products
- Handle chemicals safely and efficiently within the manufacturing and cleaning environment.
- Utilise hand tools and tooling equipment to complete tasks effectively.
- Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning, within food safety and health and safety requirements.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production processes.
Experience
- Previous experience in a Dairy production especially yoghurt and butter manufacture is highly desirable. However, training can be given to the right candidate where necessary.

Are you an experienced Farm Worker & Tractor Driver with a passion for hands-on work on mixed arable and livestock farms?
Location of the Job:
Staffordshire / Shropshire, West Midlands.
Salary and Benefits Package:
Paying a competitive hourly pay rate depending on experience, plus overtime.
3 bedroom accommodation available - if you wish to relocate for work.

About The Company:
A mixed farm of arable operations and dairy / livestock.
The Job Role Details:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join this agricultural team.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the daily operations of the farm.
This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about farming practices.
As Farm Worker you will engage in activities such as tractor driving and farm machinery operating, animal care, relief milking and farm equipment maintenance.
As well as seasonal field work such as carting corn and straw bales, drilling and general field maintenance including fencing.
Key Responsibilities:

- Drive tractors, carry out drilling and maintain the farm machinery.
- Conduct basic repairs on machinery and equipment as needed.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for various farm duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas to promote safety and efficiency.
- Provide care for livestock, including feeding, cleaning, some milking, bedding and scraping.
- General farm maintenance work around the farm including field fencing.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience driving tractors and operating agricultural and farming machinery.
- Experience working on a mixed / arable / dairy / livestock farm in a recent role.
- A full driving licence.
- Enthusiastic, reliable and committed to working as a team.
