A wide-ranging role, central to maintaining our 36 Acre Farm (Pasture, Hay, Alpacas, Bees, Ducks), Gardens and range of Buildings.
We are looking for someone with machine experience, Tractors / Attachments, Excavators and good all-round hands-on skills suitable for estate maintenance.
PERMANENT - FULL TIME
SALARY: Negotiable based on experience
£12.43/hr (£5850pa) - 5.15/hr ( 1500pa)
with substantial optional paid overtime and higher rate opportunities.
Including, 28 Days Holiday pa (inc BH), Company Pension Scheme, Expenses etc
LOCATION: Thornborough, Buckingham, Bucks
Applicants should reside in an easy commutable distance to location. This role is in a rural location with limited public transport so the applicant must have own transport.
DRIVING LICENCE REQUIRED:

HOURS/DAYS
The foundation of the role is a 40 hour, 5 day week Mon-Fri. However, this role includes regular extended working hours and weekends (with weekdays off in Lieu), and includes regular opportunities for over time.
