Our client, a leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead the strategy and execution for their dairy product portfolio in Glasgow, Scotland, UK . This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG market, consumer insights, and brand development. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, enhancing market share, and ensuring the long-term success of our dairy brands through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic planning.

- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives.
- Conduct market research and consumer analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Manage the brand's P&L, ensuring profitability and efficient budget allocation.
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, ATL, BTL).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, supply chain, and agencies, to ensure brand consistency and effective execution.
- Lead new product development initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand positioning.
- Monitor brand performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media buyers, and other external partners.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for brand innovation and product line extensions.
- Stay abreast of competitor activities and industry best practices.
- Develop compelling brand messaging and creative briefs.
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar marketing role within the FMCG sector.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing principles.
- Experience managing P&Ls and marketing budgets effectively.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media marketing, and campaign management.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience with dairy products or related food categories is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
