This role could suit someone who is looking to progress into a BI Team Lead role having previously been doing coaching and mentoring without necessarily having had the job title.


Key Responsibilities

Experience required

  • Experience would be highly useful with PowerBI, Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake), CI/CD, and DevOps
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience driving results in dynamic environments.
  • Knowledge of Front-Back Trade lifecycle

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and deliver the organisation’s BI and analytics strategy, aligned with business goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI developers and analysts, building capability and driving best practice.
