Hays are supporting a business in Wiltshire who are recruiting a permanent Data Analytics Manager. The salary on offer is c55k and hybrid working typically 2 or 3 days per week on site.

In the role, you will support shaping business strategy through data and analytics and insights. You'll work closely with non-technical stakeholders across the organisation and specifically in marketing / sales. The role will be split between hands-on data analysis and managing a data analyst as well as supporting their growth and personal development.
