Hays are supporting a business in Wiltshire who are recruiting a permanent Data Analytics Manager. The salary on offer is c55k and hybrid working typically 2 or 3 days per week on site.
In the role, you will support shaping business strategy through data and analytics and insights. You'll work closely with non-technical stakeholders across the organisation and specifically in marketing / sales. The role will be split between hands-on data analysis and managing a data analyst as well as supporting their growth and personal development. You'll need to come from a data & analytics background ideally with some recent management experience. Technical knowledge of SQL and Python is essential. You will need to have good stakeholder management skills and be able to translate technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
In return, you'll receive a salary of up to c55,000pa depending on experience, private pension, annual bonus and 25 days. You'll work in a hybrid pattern and have a lot of autonomy within the role.
