Edgewell Europe is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to support its strategic growth by delivering advanced analytical solutions that drive commercial success. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role will empower key stakeholders with actionable insights, enhance decision-making through robust models, and foster a data-driven culture across European operations.

+ Collaborate with the global BI-IT team to enhance and scale the architecture as part of the European D&A strategy.
+ Drive initiatives to improve data literacy across the European commercial business.
+ Ensure high adoption of created tools by offering customised in-house demos and training sessions.
**Are You Ready to Show Us What You've Got?**
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Platform, along with a solid understanding of FMCG commercial processes and data science methods. Experience across European markets and fluency in English are essential, with additional languages considered a plus. We're looking for someone with experience ideally gained within an FMCG or Personal Care business.
While your experience is of course important, we're all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.
Here's what we are looking for:
+ Proven experience in Data & Analytics, ideally within Consumer Goods or Retail.
+ Demonstrated agile and collaborative approach, with the ability to efficiently manage projects, implement change, and foster continuous learning.
+ Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
+ Solid grasp of commercial processes and financials (e.g. P&L) in FMCG environments.
+ Excellent analytical skills with a track record of turning insights into action.
+ Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Power Platform, Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX and no-code ETL tools.
+ Familiar with data lakes (e.g. Snowflake), and ERP systems (e.g. SAP).
+ Strong understanding of data science methods (e.g. regression, ML, AI) applied in FMCG.
+ Experienced with syndicated (e.g. Nielsen, Circana), panel (e.g. Homescan), EPOS, and e-commerce data (e.g. Flywheel).
+ Experience with TPM/TPO systems for trade and promotional management an advantage.
+ Commercially minded, innovative, and results driven.
+ Experience working across European markets is a plus.
+ Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

We are seeking a Strategic Data and Analytics Consultant to join our Distribution team.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and analysis of internal data sourced from multiple core reporting systems. In addition, the role will manage and interpret data and insights provided by our key strategic broker partners, including analytics and pipeline information.
As the Strategic Data and Analytics Manager, you will use data and analytics to conduct complex analysis to quantify insights, identify opportunities and drive strategic decision making. **NUMBER OF DIRECT REPORTS**
**MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**
Data Analytics (DA) Audit Managers are responsible for managing the delivery of data analytics audit engagements, working with business and functional audit teams to devise effective and efficient strategies to test key controls, driving insights that support the internal audit conclusions. DA Audit Managers will be responsible for the delivery of data analytics across multiple audit engagements. DA Audit Managers will have a strong analytical background, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders, strong project management skills, embed agile into their audit delivery, be structured in their approach to work role-modelling a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, and will be able to manage and prioritise work effectively driving a sense of urgency to complete tasks within short turnaround times. Delivery and execution of all engagements must adhere to audit methodology and standards, meet established deadlines, and include formal sign-offs of key documents and processes within the audit file.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Specifically, you will be accountable and responsible for taking appropriate action with respect to MUFG Internal Audit, EMEA (EIA), including:
**Audit Delivery and Planning**
+ **Responsible** for the maintenance of the data analytics strategy and plan delivery
+ **Responsible** for supporting the Audit Directors/Senior Audit Managers to dynamically manage the data analytics plan for the EIA portfolio considering whether it remains relevant throughout the year, proposing changes as appropriate. Escalate any challenges that might impact the data analytics plan and timelines to Audit Directors /Senior Audit Managers in a timely manner.
+ **Responsible** for the delivery of assigned data analytics audit engagements within the data analytics plan for the EIA portfolio time and within EIA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with limited supervision and to the required methodology and Quality Assurance standards. In particular:
+ Project manage the collection, processing and analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights that support the delivery of assigned elements of audit engagements including issue validation and continuous monitoring
+ Evaluate risks for the assigned audit engagements and devise effective and efficient strategies, using data analytics, to test key controls
+ Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust data governance techniques
+ Utilise advanced analytical techniques and tools to perform prescriptive and predictive analytics
+ Monitor own delivery of tasks effectively and deliver within the deadline set; and meet interim milestones and avoid overruns. Timely document workpapers to the required methodology and Quality Assurance Standards
+ When requested, attend meetings or regular touchpoints with relevant stakeholders to ensure that analytical methodologies, processes and findings are understood and support any challenges
+ Document analytical methodologies, processes and findings to meet all QA standards.
+ **Responsible** to support audit teams in translating data findings into individual issues that are written for executive audience - impactful, clear key messages, factual, active voice and written in line with effective business writing requirements and needing minimum edits by Audit Directors/ExCo/CAE.
+ **Responsible** for supporting the Audit Directors to provide clear, concise and accurate senior executive and governance committee papers on time - including Audit Committee, Risk Committee, Control Environment and MCA Opinions.
**Stakeholder Relationships**
+ **Responsible** for promoting the adoption of data analytics in the delivery of the Internal Audit plan in line with the EIA strategy

Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve effective agile outcomes - remove blockers, achieve shorter audit execution times, improve the stakeholder experience.
+ **Responsible** for identifying opportunities to show broader enterprise wide leadership outside the function, through I&D type roles, thematic analysis or integrated assurance work.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
**Technical Capability**
+ 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Preferably within the Financial Services industry and in an Internal Audit or other Risk/ Control function
+ Demonstrated experience in leading data analytics projects and managing a team
+ Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights that support Audit delivery and conclusions
+ Strong understanding of risk and control environment to evaluate risks for the assigned audit engagements and devise effective and efficient strategies to test key controls
+ Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analytics
+ Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI or other
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

**PERFORMANCE AND DUTIES**

OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Associate Teacher to deliver our best-in-class Data Analytics workshops to learners on our Level 4 Data Analyst programme. This is a remote role and your working hours will vary from week to week depending on the workshop schedule.
The majority of workshops will be 4.5 hours long (including set-up and wrap-up time), with two 8-hour Hackathons within the programme.
The workshops will be delivered between 08:30 - 17:30 HKT. We welcome candidates from any location suitable for these working hours.
SPECIFIC ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically, you will work on:
Teaching our learning content to groups of APAC-based adult learners via virtual workshops
Honing your skills as an educator and building your knowledge of andragogy and teaching theory
Working with the Learner Success Coaches (LSC) to ensure learners progress through the programme (each Learner will have the support of an LSC to offer them practical and pastoral guidance)
As a Teacher, you will be responsible for:
Workshop Preparation
Reviewing exercises and other learning materials before a session
Learning about your learners and the businesses they work for
Familiarising yourself with the course structure and content, proactively filling gaps in your knowledge
Self-assessing your skills and taking up suitable training and professional development opportunities
Workshop delivery
Delivering a 10/10 learning experience in each workshop
Communicating complex data science concepts and techniques with energy, focus and patience
Engaging and captivating the attention of a virtual room of busy working professionals
Facilitating the learning journey for your audience, and leaving no-one behind whilst also providing stimulation for advanced learners
