**The Opportunity**
The **Data Delivery and New Technologies Lead** is a visionary leader who provides strategic leadership to the Data Capability, has outstanding collaboration capabilities, and can influence without authority. You will be part of the Data Capability leadership team and lead a world-class team of data modalities experts focusing on accelerating data delivery to our scientists while pioneering new Data technologies to optimize E2E data flows and enable automation.
This role involves team management, and close collaboration within the Data & Digital Catalyst department as well as with stakeholders across pRED and gRED to ensure high quality data product delivery and enhance data sharing and data reuse.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the RED's data landscape, leverage data as a strategic asset and accelerate drug portfolio decision making.
As Data Delivery and New Technologies Lead , you will develop and implement the data delivery strategy and guide a team of experienced experts to guarantee effective management of RED's data assets. You will make key decisions on talent, resourcing,strategic prioritization, technical roadmaps, business processes and solution development contributing to CS CoE overall success.
In this role you will:
+ Provide visionary leadership for Data Delivery and New data technologies within the Data capability while serving as a key member of the Data capability Leadership Team.
+ Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy for leveraging AI, automation and advanced technologies to revolutionize data enrichment processes
+ Be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talent, fostering opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and impact.
+ Define objectives, priorities and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the team
+ Drive the evaluation and implementation of new data technologies to support complex and emerging data modalities, ensuring timely delivery of AI-ready data assets.
+ Oversee large-scale strategic initiatives and data insight development projects, facilitating effective data lifecycle management
+ Collaborate with the DDC Domains and capabilities leads as well as with other key stakeholders to align on strategic priorities and support Pharma's ambition
+ Foster strong internal and external partnerships and build a culture of 'data as an asset' in Research and Development.
**Who you are**
+ Master's degree in a scientific or technical field andsignificant professional experience in the Pharma or Diagnostics sector, with deep R&D process understanding
+ Ability to lead, handle ambiguity, and achieve timely and efficient results.
+ Proven track record leading major projects; Team leadership experience preferred
+ Experience in at least one of the following domains: data curation, data stewardship, data standards, data quality management, masterdata, metadata and data management.
+ Hands-on experience with languages ( Python, R, Rshiny, Perl, Java, etc) or visualization interfaces (Spotfire, Tableau, etc)
+ Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to data privacy and security and quality
+ Proven ability to lead large, complex projects and teams, involving multiple stakeholders delivering excellent results

Job Mission

We are seeking an experienced Quality Audit Manager to join our operations to develop, manage, and support our AGI-DS team with auditing and improving data quality.



Key job responsibilities

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for :



Manage job assignment on a day-to-day basis, monitoring performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality



Support hiring and training of new Associates



Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis



Develop the work schedule for the week by balancing work across various workflows and/or navigating competing delivery priorities



Liaise with Program Management and other global operations team leads to manage risks & propose mitigation strategies



Track quality and utilization metrics



File and track tickets, following up on blocks to productivity



Provide regular, formal & informal feedback to direct reports



Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies such as Kaizen, six sigma, or lean



About the team

In this position, you will support associates and project coordinators with their day-to-day work initiatives, activities and deliverables. You will participate in internal and external meetings, improve processes, and build mechanisms.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent professional or military experience

- Experience working with performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against key performance indicators

- Experience managing a team or a group of people while supporting projects/programs.



Preferred Qualifications

Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods

Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues

Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented

Strong interest in hiring and developing people in their respective roles

Leadership experience in coaching and performance management

Experience in managing process and operational escalations

Experience with aspects of speech and language technology

Experience in project and stakeholder management

**Team/Role Overview**
This is an analyst position within the MAC (Master Agreement Central) Documentation Operations Unit. Ensuring that assigned day to day activities for the processing of trading legal agreements are completed in a timely manner with a primary focus on data quality support of global contract negotiations and trades which includes reviewing legal documentation/internal forms and being able to interpret the language in the documentation, entering critical data into our internal systems. The accuracy of that data is critical as this data is utilized by several downstream systems to perform Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA), Margin, Collateral Valuation Agent (CVA) computation and others.
**What you'll do**
+ Review the bilateral contracts, ensure data is enter correctly in MAC system, upload documents into repository system, work with internal stakeholder to resolve any possible questions and expedite the upload process.
+ Some of these Bilateral contracts that will be required to be processed by the candidate include International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA), Securities Financing Transactions (SFT) Agreements (Master Repurchase Agreement (MRA), Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA), Master Securities Loan Agreement (MSLA), Master Securities Forward Transaction Agreement (MSFTA), Futures Agreements and others.
+ This position is a senior analytical position responsible for the execution and approval of agreements in the MAC system, after thoroughly reviewing requests. This position involves deeper analysis, ensuring data accuracy before approval, as the data impacts critical downstream systems.
**What we'll need from you**
The ideal candidate should have experience with similar data management tasks in a large office setting and have experience in a data processing field that requires 100% data accuracy. The candidate must be detail oriented, be able to interpret, follow strict rules and procedures and be able to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines. In addition, they must be able to work independently with limited oversight and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills as the job requires extensive interaction with internal legal representatives as well as other areas of the firm.
It is a requirement of the position that the candidate have demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers to include MSWord, Excel, and the ability to learn and use various proprietary in-house systems including web-based programs and the like.
The individual must have strong communication skills to work closely with "makers" and other teams, providing feedback, sharing updates, and ensuring everyone is aligned. This role also includes providing training, answering questions, and offering learning sessions for the team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure, while working with complex data requests and fast-paced environments.

+ Strong analytical skills. Be able to isolate root cause by looking at available data.
+ Ability to manage control practices demonstrating a risk-based approach.
