Education:nBachelor's degree in data relevant area such as STEM, finance, economics or a related field of study desirable but not essentialnKnowledge & Experience:nExperience managing small teams of experts highly desirable.nExtensive knowledge of and experience with RDBMS architectures, including full command of SQL and ETL languages and tools.nUnderstanding of basic data concepts such as ACID, BASE and the ability to determine the best fit to a business problem.nAbility to synthesise complex data problems into logical models and physical solutions.nKnowledge of and experience with Event Streaming architectures desirable.nHands on experience and demonstrable thought leadership on our specific technology stack highly desirable:
