We’re working with a well-established organisation in the healthcare sector that is investing in its data capability and building out its data governance approach from the ground up.
This is a newly created role for someone who’s ready to own data governance across the business not from a distance, but by getting hands-on, engaging stakeholders, and helping teams make better decisions with more trustworthy data.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Data & Analytics and colleagues across operations, finance, and supply chain to embed governance into day-to-day processes and define what good looks like.
What you’ll be doing:
- Map out current data usage, identify ownership gaps, and propose practical solutions
- Define and embed data ownership, stewardship roles, and business glossaries
- Support the improvement of data quality through guidance, documentation, and collaboration
- Help teams adopt consistent definitions, fix duplication and inconsistency issues
- Provide clear, accessible governance documentation and be a go-to resource for stakeholders
- Engage widely across the business to build trust, increase adoption, and embed data accountability
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience with data governance, data quality, or data stewardship (e.g. from an analyst, data coordinator, or governance role)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills – someone confident engaging with stakeholders and helping them understand the value of governance
- A mindset that balances structure with flexibility – this isn’t a policy-heavy role, it’s about getting things done
- Any experience with Power BI, SQL, or Microsoft Purview is helpful, but not essential

Role Overview
A vacancy has arisen within Site Services, Technical Services for an Environmental Data Management Support. The purpose of the post is to provide Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and environmental data management specialist support to manage land quality data in support of the site's programme of work. The job holder will be responsible for supporting land quality data management, performing data management, analytical and data reporting activities throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for someone to join our team who has experience in data and information handling and the ability to operate Microsoft and client specific data and information software systems. An eye for detail, drive to trace data issues and confidence to learn new software and systems will be beneficial.
Main Responsibilities
- Interact with environmental specialists and other stakeholders to provide environmental information and datasets and to maintain compliance with standards for data quality

**Overview of Resource Management Team:**
The goal of the team is to provide a "one stop solution" for the supply and demand of people across Technology. Ensuring all resource management processes are robust, and deliver the necessary outcomes for Technology. We achieve this by ensuring that resource data is accurate, complete and available on a timely basis through various reporting deliverables. The team work closely with HR, Finance, Project Governance, Project Delivery, Procurement and Technology leads to inform and educate, as well as executing changes directly. The team is divided into two main functions, the role in question fits within the Technology Resource Data Management sub-team.
**Resource Data Management**
+ Manage cleaning resource data in workday.
+ Run training via the new starter induction and creation of org charts on Kizuna.
+ Creation of headcount reporting data monthly / quarterly / annually.
**Technology Recruitment**
+ Process all recruitment requests for BAU and Project. Monitoring budget against hiring / replacing / extending staff.
+ Creation of recruitment and rate reporting.
**The primary purpose of the Resource Data Management Analyst is to:**
+ Own and clean the resource data in workday which is the golden source. The team receives updates on resource data from multiple sources for example line managers and business supports. From that point onwards the teams is to educate others to follow the process, rather than our team completing the actions.
+ Own, produce and publish the headcount data per month, per quarter and annual with the use of excel and power BI.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead daily team stand up via teams.
+ Run daily checks on resource data changes/updates in workday. Method for this is a combination of excel macros and power queries
+ Creation of weekly reporting to HR to highlight changes. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Creation of weekly reporting to line managers to highlight contingent worker end dates within the next 10 weeks. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Co-ordinating with the line managers, HR, procurement and access management regarding JML process.
+ Creation of monthly headcount reporting. Method for this is a combination of excel and power BI.
+ Ensure resource cost data is accurate for reporting into Finance to calculate budgets.
+ Creation of office attendance for contingent workers. Method for this is excel macros.
+ Run the Technology new starter induction, which occurs twice a month.
+ Creation of the Technology organisation chart. Method for this is via Visio.
+ Maintain and enhance good working relationships with the teams stakeholders.
**Skills and Experience:**
Technical Capability
+ Strong excel skills. Be able to build and run macros and power queries.
+ Strong power BI skills. Be able to build and update reporting in power BI.
+ Strong visio skills. Be able to create workflows and org charts.
+ Strong numerical skills. To aid day-to-day activities.
+ Degree level educated. Although equivalent work experience, or apprentice level experience also relevant.

We are seeking a Configuration & Data Management Specialist, to join our team of skilled digital and systems professionals. This role will primarily support the design and execution of a significant programme of work for the Ministry of Defence (MOD) in the Engineering and Logistics domain.
Boeing Defence UK is looking for Configuration& Data Management Specialist based in Bristol, United Kingdom.
**The role will include but not be limited to:**
+ Configuration and control of Boeing developed and COTS software from third parties.
+ Configuration and control of Boeing developed and COTS systems/software from third parties.
+ Deployment of software configuration processes and the execution of process controls.
+ The upfront development, interpretation and understanding of Customer requirements.
+ The planning and implementation of Configuration and Data Management.
+ Support the deployment of a standardised configuration management process throughout the organisation.
+ Identify risks, issues and opportunities and support the development of mitigation plans.
+ Collaborate and assist with developing the standardisation of configuration tool sets (including security and access) to meet company requirements.
+ Interfaces with Boeing bid and programme teams to drive the company configuration management requirements into contract initiation and review.
+ Provide input to Supplier Statements of Work for Configuration and Data Management proposals.
+ Provide input to the company budgetary/ forecast cycle relating to configuration management activities.
**Data Management Specific:**
+ Tracks and report data transmissions, monitoring adherence to company and regulatory data configuration and contractual requirements.
+ Tracking and processing of customer contracted data and supplier data deliverables.
+ Responsible for ensuring adherence to Export Compliance, Manufacturing License Agreement (MLA's), Security and Intellectual Property regulations and Boeing information protection processes.
+ Supports audits and reviews to ensure products meet requirements.
**Required qualifications (Experience/Education/Skills):**
+ Good knowledge of contractual configuration management regulatory and International Standards.
+ A high level of knowledge of CM and programme management principles and processes.
+ Has Commercial and financial awareness.
+ General knowledge of design, test and manufacturing procedures.
+ Good knowledge of key functional disciplines including engineering, operations, Customer Support Training and procurement.
+ Excellent communication skills - verbal, written electronic across all levels.
+ Ability to plan and deliver own workload.
+ High degree of IT literacy.
+ Preferred but not necessary is a CMII practitioner or has equivalent experience or qualification. Has knowledge of SAP or Goldesp or ITIL .
The ability to obtain security clearance is essential
The position is subject to contract award.
