We're seeking a Data Quality Analyst to support the transition to a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role is critical in improving data accuracy, governance, and overall decision-making across key finance functions, including Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Source to Pay (S2P), and Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A).
What you'll be doing:
Define and document critical data elements in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Perform data cleansing and validation to support ERP migration activities.
Identify inconsistencies and risks through detailed data profiling and analysis.

As a Data Quality Analyst, you’ll be part of the team that keeps our clients’ data in top shape. You’ll help monitor, validate, and improve the quality of data across a range of clients using cutting-edge tools.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Using our unique Syniti data quality platform, connect to client systems, map their data landscape, and profile their datasets.
- Work with our clients to define data rules and standards, define KPIs, and then build data quality reports/dashboards to highlight their data issues.
- Work with them to understand the causes of their data issues and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools to streamline the future data collection and analysis processes.
- Contribute to the development of the practice by improving our standard methodologies and processes.
WHAT IT TAKES
- A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and/or data analysis tools - e.g., Excel, SQL, etc. (training will be given to get you to the right level in what you need).
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data issues into business-friendly language.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks at once.
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a data-focused career.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in data, IT, business, or related fields.
