Job Description

We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team at Wise. Our mission, "Money Without Borders," inspires us to create the best ways to move and manage money globally. You'll work closely with our team to develop strategies that boost our performance on Google Ads, Bing and Apple Search Ads.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Paid Search team to discover ways to optimise and expand our paid campaigns. This could involve refining our bidding strategies, exploring various conversion events or enhancing our experimentation capabilities.nConduct in-depth analysis of keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and targeting to extract actionable insights to improve acquisition.nAnalyse the performance of our paid search initiatives, identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies to proactively tackle challenges and seize opportunities.nWork closely with Paid Search Managers to turn your insights into effective optimisation strategies.nDevelop metrics and reporting frameworks to track performance, delivering clear and concise insights to stakeholders.nPresent your findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a straightforward and engaging manner.nStay informed about industry trends and best practices in SEM, particularly regarding optimization and tracking.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search Analytics is required.nFamiliarity with major paid search platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads and experience working with the Google / Bing Ads API.nProficiency in SQL and Python (or R). Knowledge of dbt would be highly beneficial.nA solid understanding of key marketing concepts such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV) or Payback.nDemonstrated ability to work effectively with marketing teams and communicate complex data insights clearly.nExperience in mobile app environments and with MMPs is an advantage.nA strong focus on connecting insights to experiments and business outcomes.
