Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing Analytics, this role leads marketing performance reporting and data visualization across the enterprise. This role is essential in translating data into action, influencing decision-making, and fueling marketing effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Marketing Reporting & Visualization

  • Own the marketing analytics dashboard strategy using Power BI or other tools ; oversee data ingestion, transformation, visualization, and automation to support self-service access.
  • Lead Adobe Analytics Workspace reporting for engagement and conversion metrics across web and campaigns.
  • Apply design best practices and storytelling techniques to create compelling dashboards for diverse business audiences.
  • Build and maintain performance reports on demand generation, pipeline impact, campaign ROI, and channel attribution.

Basic Required Qualifications:

About the job

The Graph team is looking for a Sr Software Developer to collaborate with other dedicated engineers who are passionate about data visualization and committed to delivering high-quality software.

Our team is dedicated to designing and developing data visualization libraries optimized for portability and seamless integration across diverse SAS applications, including Model Studio, Visual Analytics, Mobile BI for iOS and Android, Customer Intelligence, Intelligent Decisioning, and Data Maker. These solutions are utilized across multiple industries and diverse use cases, requiring our teams to address complex challenges related to code generation, parallel computing, memory optimization, user interface design, networking, database management, and algorithm development.

As a Sr Software Developer (C++),you will:

  • Lead the design and development of high-quality, testable, and scalable software solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of developers working with C++ and C codebases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D and product management to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Drive technical initiatives and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Participate in and lead project scoping, scheduling, and progress tracking; proactively identifying, reporting, and resolving blockers.
  • Ensure code quality through comprehensive testing (unit, integration, regression) and close collaboration with SDETs.
  • Maintain accountability for the full software lifecycle, including support for internal and external consumers.
  • Contribute to technical documentation in partnership with technical writers.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation in tools, processes, and code quality
  • Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining an enterprise-grade data visualization framework and library utilizing C++.

  • Contribute to the creation of data visualization components by taking technical requirements and implementing them, identifying and resolving bugs, performing thorough testing, refining features, and delivering software demonstrations.

  • Develop and maintain automated systems dedicated to ensuring quality assurance and performance analysis.

  • Provide comprehensive support to internal users regarding API and software utilization through coding examples, detailed documentation, and informative presentations.

  • Ensure all applicable security policies andprocessesare followed to support the organization’s secure software development goals
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of enterprise-level software development experience with proficiency in modern C++
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related quantitative field. Post-graduate coursework may be desirable.
  • Deep understanding of modern development tools, IDEs, methodologies, and principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Github, Jira, and workflow management tools.
  • Proven ability to implement and enforce development standards.
  • Experience writing and executing automated tests.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for mentoring and driving technical excellence.
  • Experience or educational background in computer graphics or game development
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications

In this role, you will own the reliability, performance, and operational excellence of our real-time and batch data pipelines built on AWS, Apache Flink, Kafka, and Python. You’ll act as the first line of defense for data-related incidents , rapidly diagnose root causes, and implement resilient solutions that keep critical reporting systems up and running.

Incident Management & Triage

  • Serve as on-call escalation for data pipeline incidents, including real-time stream failures and batch job errors.
  • Rapidly analyze logs, metrics, and trace data to pinpoint failure points across AWS, Flink, Kafka, and Python layers.
  • Lead post-incident reviews: identify root causes, document findings, and drive corrective actions to closure.

Reliability & Monitoring

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust observability for data pipelines: dashboards, alerts, distributed tracing.
  • Define SLOs/SLIs for data freshness, throughput, and error rates; continuously monitor and optimize.
  • Automate capacity planning, scaling policies, and disaster-recovery drills for stream and batch environments.

Architecture & Automation

  • Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to architect scalable, fault-tolerant pipelines using AWS services (e.g., Step Functions , EMR , Lambda , Redshift ) integrated with Apache Flink and Kafka .
  • Troubleshoot & Maintain Python -based applications.
  • Harden CI/CD for data jobs: implement automated testing of data schemas, versioned Flink jobs, and migration scripts.

Performance Optimization

  • Profile and tune streaming jobs: optimize checkpoint intervals, state backends, and parallelism settings in Flink.
  • Analyze Kafka cluster health: tune broker configurations, partition strategies, and retention policies to meet SLAs.
  • Leverage Python profiling and vectorized libraries to streamline batch analytics and report generation.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

  • Act as SME for data & reporting stack: mentor peers, lead brown-bag sessions on best practices.
  • Contribute to runbooks, design docs, and on-call playbooks detailing common failure modes and recovery steps.

About the Role and Client

Join the Applications team of a global leader in technology manufacturing as a Data Reporting Analyst. You will be working alongside the IT Applications team and liaise with all other departments within the business e.g. Finance, Operations, Sales, supporting them with regular reporting needs.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, within a defined framework, to identify and deliver reports based on those needs

  • Manage and process substantial volumes of data from multiple sources and present these in the stakeholders’ preferred format

  • Liaise with business data owners and stewards within the business to ensure continuous improvement of data quality through the creation and management of dashboards

  • Support team members in developing and testing analytics applications and reports for presentation on the company intranet

  • Perform data extraction, transformation, loading, and manipulation as required

  • Collaborate closely with the Applications team to support delivery of information via various means

  • Provide 1st line support to the business as part of the applications team


Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in relational database languages (SQL)

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tool

  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Complex problem-solving abilities with an innovative mindset
