Overview:
We’re looking for a DV Cleared Data Specialist - Senior Business Consulting Manager with a strong background in delivering technology and data transformation in secure and mission-critical environments. You will play a pivotal role in expanding consulting services within data, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and building long-term strategic partnerships with Aerospace, Defence, and Secure (ADS) clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of Technology Transformation and Data & Analytics consulting within ADS client portfolios
- Partner closely with clients to identify business opportunities and re imagine operations through data and digital technologies
- Lead and manage consulting engagements across cloud, infrastructure, application, and data platform transformation

Skills and Experience Required:

- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Defence, Secure, or Policing sectors - especially in data strategy and delivery
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling multi-million-pound transformation consulting practices
- Hands-on experience in delivering modern data platforms and enterprise architecture solutions
- Deep understanding of cloud, analytics, applications, and infrastructure transformation
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing consulting teams

Reporting to the Director Operations Performance Management, Europe and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout Europe, as a Specialist for Master Data, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising the Master Data processes and usage across the different business units according to the GG global standards ensuring alignment of customer requirements, operational processes and system data. You will collaborate closely with the Commercial and the Master Data teams to ensure full stakeholder alignment and to verify the accuracy and completeness of all contracts.
As a Specialist for Material Management, you will also be responsible for evaluating and ensuring compliance with GG material handling processes, inventory controls, and procurement standards across multiple sites. You will lead audits, identify process gaps, and support continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Master Data and Business Operations
- Performs internal Master Data (Bill of Materials, Standard time allocation, etc.) audits to improve data quality.
- Audit master data for quality, completeness, and compliance.
- Monitor adherence to data standards and governance rules.
- Identify inconsistencies and drive corrective actions.
- Support harmonization and standardization of global data.
- Work closely with the subregional master data teams to transfer business needs and request to the master data team.
- Act as a support function for the implementation of required changes within the operational units or support functions.
- Identify gaps between the operational activities and the system data.
- Liaise with the commercial and operations to align customer requirements, operational processes and system data.
Material Management
- Work with the operating units to further develop operations management in terms of consistent material management systems (MIB) across the Business units.
- Lead the MMAT (Material Management) audits in the unit.
- Assure a consistent reporting of the KPI’s and establish a process to conduct ongoing data and root cause analysis to identify and prioritize opportunity areas for continual improvement.
- Align closer with procurement KPIs and optimizes order and purchasing processes.
- Assures cross regional best practice processes on warehouse and inventories.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Regularly review and optimize existing reports and dashboards to improve performance and usability.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
- Educated to degree level preferably on master data management, supply chain management, business administration, engineering or equivalent.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Power BI is a plus.
- Understanding of business controlling mechanisms
Work Experience:
- Extensive work experience related to operations, Material management, planning, operational controlling activities. Airline Catering business is a plus.
- ERP or equivalent system implementation experience would be a plus.
- Previous experience as business analyst is preferred.
- Multi-year experience in labor heavy environments such as manufacturing, food service, supply chain management, staffing agency, airline and/or airline catering experience preferred.

- Strong understanding of ERP Systems and processes
- Must demonstrate integrity, confidentiality and professionalism always
