**Our Team**
The Bloomberg Corporate Bonds Data team is responsible for the acquisition & publication of bonds being brought to market. Our responsibilities span across developing automated pipelines for ingestion & publication of data, enhancing the breadth & depth of our dataset, and developing a self describing data product to enhance discoverability. We are structured around solving client problems by closely partnering with Product, Sales & Engineering.
**The Role**
Within the Corporates Bonds' Data Modelling team, you would be responsible for leading the implementation of the data product vision for our corporate bonds discovery layer.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Audit and improve the existing fixed income data model to deliver a consistent, cross-platform client experience.
+ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ontologists, and Fixed Income SMEs to co-design an interconnected data model supporting analysis across multiple datasets.
+ Translate business and product requirements into clear, maintainable data modelling artifacts.
+ Define and document metadata standards, entity relationships, and model schemas to support semantic alignment and discovery.
+ Create tools and processes to monitor and maintain metadata inventories.
+ Communicate data modelling requirements to stakeholders, and drive alignment across metadata/modelling functions to ensure practices are well understood & followed.
+ Perform data profiling and root cause analysis to guide objective, data-driven modelling decisions.
+ Promote FAIR data principles across the modelling lifecycle.
**You'll need to have:**

+ 4+ years of experience working with data modelling, metadata design, or semantic data structures*
+ Proven ability to work with messy, heterogeneous data sources and convert them into harmonized, queryable formats
+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across technical and business stakeholders
+ Experience working in cross-functional teams involving engineering, product, and subject matter experts
+ Technical fluency, including comfort discussing modelling tradeoffs with engineers and reviewing data cataloging tools or APIs
+ Demonstrated ability to think systemically about data interoperability, governance, and reusability
+ Proficiency in Python and or SQL
**We'd love to see:**
+ Exposure to fixed income or financial datasets (e.g. corporate bonds) - or a willingness to learn the domain
+ Experience with data cataloging, metadata governance, or data discovery platforms
+ Familiarity with semantic web or knowledge graph concepts (e.g., RDF, SKOS, OWL) and experience integrating these into usable data models. Formal ontology design is not required, but ability to collaborate with ontologists is essential
+ Understanding of data governance frameworks or certifications (e.g., DAMA CDMP, DCAM)
+ Exposure to the Bloomberg Terminal, Bloomberg API's or Enterprise Data products
+ A degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in a STEM discipline, Economics, Finance, or a related field

**Our Team:**
The Company Financials (CoFi) Data team designs and builds company analysis tools for the Bloomberg Terminal. This includes applications on Bloomberg terminal which supports data related to financial analysis, analyst recommendations, and earnings estimates. We are responsible for tracking the evolution of data points from data processing to database taxonomy as well as API syntax design and front-end application development.
**What's the role?**
You will be responsible for the development, implementation and continuous enrichment of the metadata discovery layer. You will use your expertise to influence the vision and strategy, working along with product managers, ontologists and taxonomists to develop financial accounting taxonomies, accounting data standardization frameworks and the knowledge graph structure interconnecting these models. You will act as a domain expert, providing mentorship to product managers and other data modelers to ensure the presence of an efficient level of financial accounting rigor in the semantic representation of Company Financial datasets.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Develop, implement and maintain financial accounting taxonomies, standardization frameworks and other elements of the metadata discovery layer of the Company Financials products
+ Lead the project planning and execution, while partnering with Product, Engineering and Data align on business goals
+ Perform deep data analytics on existing data models, frameworks and metadata sets in order to drive strategic decisions; build and analyze metrics to measure business impact and success
+ Collaborate effectively with ontologists and taxonomists to align the models with the company-wide metadata framework and future proof solutions
+ Communicate progress effectively with partners at all levels
+ Stay on top of trends in financial accounting, assessing impact of significant changes on existing or future products
**You'll need to have:**
+ 4+ years of previous experience with accounting or financial reporting with focus on US GAAP or IFRS
+ Demonstrable skills in designing and maintaining financial accounting taxonomies
+ Knowledge of how company financials data is used by different financial market players
**We'd Love to See:**
+ Previous experience with digital reporting taxonomies (e.g. XBRL taxonomies)
+ Experience with Data Analytics using Python or other language

What's the role?
You will be responsible for defining, articulating and leading the implementation of the product vision and strategy for our metadata discovery layer. You will partner with product managers to identify commercial targets and define the use cases to be pursued and prioritized. You will act as the main point of contact between our product and data teams to improve our company financials taxonomy and data model, ensuring a consistent experience for our clients across all delivery methods. While collaborating closely with our data modelers, ontologists and domain subject matter experts, you will design the knowledge graph structure in order to support client needs while enriching the metadata available in the semantic layer and API layer.

Your role:
- Maintain the Admissions Register in accordance with statutory regulations
- Produce and submit monthly pupil roll returns to the Local Authority
- Liaise with the Head of Admissions to ensure an accurate handover of pupil records and information post-enrolment
- Collaborate closely with the school timetable to input, update, and maintain the whole-school academic timetable in iSAMS
- Manage subject sets and class groupings, ensuring pupils are allocated correctly and changes are recorded accurately
- Provide first-line timetable support to pupils and staff, resolving queries and communicating changes as needed
- Oversee the SchoolCloud platform for parents' evenings, including event setup, bookings, and communication with staff and families
