This role will involve ensuring the timely and cost-effective transportation of goods, coordinating driver schedules, and maintaining accurate records of all logistics activities. You will be responsible for route planning, monitoring delivery progress, and liaising with customers to provide updates and resolve any issues.
Key duties include managing fleet maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with all transport regulations, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. You will work closely with warehouse teams to ensure smooth loading and unloading processes, and manage inventory tracking related to outgoing shipments.
