Technical Support advisor Salary: 27,500
Technical Support advisor Hours: 7:30am-5:30am (40 hours in between)

-Ensure the customer is aware of how to obtain a replacement and our policies and procedures should this be required.
-Assist with product testing on possible faulty returns.
-Quotations to be sent via email to ensure a personal approach.
-Answer product related questions utilising information from data sheets and Fresh Desk

-Experience in an IT support role.
-Great customer service scores.
-Attention to detail.
-Ability to prioritise a large workload.

The Role
As a Technical Engineering Support Officer, you will be the linchpin for managing and maintaining crucial asset and compliance information. You'll work closely with our Estates Service Leads to conduct detailed site surveys, gather data, and create detailed asset databases and reports. Your work will directly support our Centre of Best Practice (CoBP) initiatives and help us identify, plan, and implement rectification programs for any identified issues.
This role requires a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be responsible for producing rectification programs, ensuring that project and improvement plans are in place, and that all data within our Estates Management Information Systems and Health and Safety files is accurate and up-to-date. What We're Looking For
